When I had a cough or sore throat as a kid, I would get these. I loved the flavor and it tasted like candy. Now I have kid of my own and they willingly take these when they have a sore throat. I

Tastes like sugar water
I ordered these in April and they were great, 5 stars tasted the same as many years ago then I reordered 2 weeks ago and just opened the bag HORRIBLE, no cherry taste at all totally DISGUSTING these taste like sugar water, I will NEVER buy again shame on you Ludens!

    Great Taste That Works
    I love Ludens cough drops. They don't have the strong Vicks smell or taste so if you have breathing problems these work. Most people don't think so and say they taste like candy but they do work for me.

    My favorite lozenges
    These drops are really wonderful. my absolute favorite The cherry flavor is delicious they absolutely soothe your throat and there's no harsh menthol taste like others ive tryed . They just have a nice cherry flavor. I carry them with me all the time even if my mouth gets a little dry I just take one and it takes care of it. I always have these in the house and I've used them for a couple years now they really help and is my go to for dry or sore throat.

    When my kids outgrew the little toddler cough drop suckers- they hated most cough drops. I remembered my grandma always had these when I was a kid and I loved them- so I tried them out and my kids love them too. Added bonus- it makes me think of grandma every time they ask for one.

    Who doesn't love Ludens these are so delicious but whatever happened to the one dollar boxes they had a different texture and shape and they were so cool I really miss them you need to bring them back and quit trying to save and make more money by selling in bulk sometimes keeping some things original is worth it for the customer to keep coming back instead of going the China route

    The cough drops are great ! I have been a fan of them for years. Back when you cold them in a white box with red writing on them. I enjoy the wild berry and green apple one , but can't find them !!!

    This remind me of my child hood days. When ever we came down with cold or virus. My parents would give us these. When we had a sore throat . The taste great. And they make your throat feel better.

    I love these, my grandma used to give these to me. I feel like these really work, but don't leave you thirsty like other cough drops. These are good even as a little treat to keep in your purse/desk. I like the cherry taste, but it's not an overwhelming flavor or medicinal. These do not taste like regular cherry cough drops or syrups, a much milder flavor. They're wrapped with a strong paper, so I haven't had any issues with them going sticky in the heat (Florida). I recommend and would continue to buy.

    I have a chronic cough, probably from allergies, that isn't soothed by anything other than these drops. I love the taste and they don't have any added things (mint, menthol) that irritate my cough. Generally when I have a cold I like these for my sore throat too, although there is no numbing action.

    Good but needs improvement
    I like the cherry flavor on the drops. The size of the drug is small to medium. It melts quickly in my mouth. I have had cough drops last longer in my mouth. Problem with them is that they cost more. Prices of Luden's cough drops are fair. Affordable prices for the college graduate just starting out in the cruel business world. The cough drops help with the Texas allergies. Some days I wonder why I live so far south. I need to get back to Missouri!!
