Awesome when it's finally together. Some problems
We bought it about 3 weeks ago, got it friday. Simple order/delivery/communication. 5 star for that. My kids are so happy with this they would give 10 stars. Me on the other hand? I would give it 3 stars. There are small details i love like the tarp top, the little flag that hangs off. Over all the wood feels super cheap (might be the Chinese cedar itself i would prefer redwood for something like this) it split super easily, some larger posts look like smaller multiple pieces put together. Lots of pieces in the set obviously which is fine, I ended up missing quite a bit of stuff. One extremely important small block for the upper top that sits between the top beams for the canopy/tarp. my husband had to cut one out of some wood we already had and it luckily worked. I'm missing 2 floor beams for outer edges. I was missing almost 25 screws and 10 large bolts, but had an excess of other bolts, which was odd. I feel like the rope bridge hangs way too low in the lowest part, my kids are 4 going on 5 and struggle to get from the rope bridge to the large tower, not an easy transition to climb up really but that's minor, they'll learn and grow, it's like the smaller tower should be farther away to bring the bridge slightly higher. That small tower is a NIGHTMARE. It's not straight, or tilted but a mix of both, the main tower is a breeze. The instructions are ok, kind of vague but it worked. We separated all the boards and piled them in individual piles by number. That helps. Still a lot wood so sometimes it's confusing. Not their fault by any means. Ultimately it's together: it works; they love it. Just beware when putting it together. My husband and I did it alone. I am 5'3 so on the smaller side and he's 6'2 for size reference. I don't regret the purchase, just my experience/opinion.

Overall good, with some design/assembly hiccups
Once assembled, this playset is truly a sight to behold. We are quite pleased with the myriad places and spaces it provides for open ended play. That being said, we have a few critiques and observations. 1. As was mentioned in other reviews, this is not the best wood. It's a light cedar, but the playset is engineered well overall, leading us to hope it will stand up to heavy use. We do plan to weather treat it. 2. We like the fall protection built in to the top tower, with it's fence-like walls, but there is no protection bar across the large opening on the back side to the rope ladder. This feels like a huge miss on the safety side. We have a 2 yr old, and used thick nylon webbing to help seal off the gap and protect from falls. 3. The rope bridge is a design disaster. It isn't level on both ends bc of the different platform heights, so kids basically have to hoist themselves up onto the higher platform while scrambling for purchase with their feet. Also, gaps between railings and bridge are wide, providing severe fall potential. We solved both problems by interlacing our own ropes between bridge and railings to raise the bridge and close the gap distance. 4. Many holes drilled only halfway through, and some boards not sawed so as to end up fitting in intended spots. Husband has carpentry experience and was able to set it all to rights, but those without extra power tools may be stuck. 5. Took Husband a total of 15 hours to assemble, and he is an experienced contractor/builder. Requires a second person to help lift the large tower in. 6. Picture shows one red swing and one tire swing...set includes only two red swings. 7. We customized it further by filling space under little tower with sand and toys. Definitely an upgrade. Overall, it's got a huge bang for the buck, and will provide our family many hours of fun. Important to be aware, however, of some quality control issues with parts, and the intense labor required to assemble.
