TONS of fun!
I have a 3 year old son and we LOVED putting this together. The initial set up is a it of work (recommend a power drill for faster assembly), but once that was done the rest was easy. My son had tons of fun being able to choose which panels to put on and screw them in himself. The product is made from mostly plastic and a few parts snapped off, but overall it is holding together. Most likely for in home use only.

    Great price and idea. Some pieces need to be heavi
    Quick shipping. Great price.. Pretty simple to put together. The kis loved moving the wall pieces. If I had one complaint it would be that the base pieces were a little flimsy. I understand that the pieces the kids are suppose to move around can't be heavy, but because the base pieces were the same lightweight material, it not easy to move. I was expecting Little Tike plastic.

    Box severely damaged makes for a bad gift
    The box came so beat up with holes in it that we couldnt properly wrap it. It had been opened and re-taped shut so that the print on the box was ripped off from the first unboxing. All the pieces were intact and undamaged. The drill does not work. We tried two sets of batteries and still nothing.

    Worth it!
    This was such a great purchase. I do not understand the negative reviews. My four year old and one year old love it. The comments that it's flimsy are for good reason. A small child could not customize this house if it had thick panels. If an adult takes the time and assembles the frame correctly it shouldn't move. For those who say there's missing panels there is supposed to be missing panels. Our daughter wanted a dog door. I'm a home daycare provider and I would 100% recommend this to my families and other providers.

    Unfortunately, I am a bit disappointed in the outcome of the Little Tike Build-A-House. It was extremely cumbersome to put the frame together, while the part my son got to partake in was fun, the house unfortunately started falling apart a few days after. The pieces for kids are secured with fake screws and anytime a storm comes or we experience a bit of wind a few pieces fly off the house. This house may be ideal for a state with minimal winds and storms, but I live on the East coast and was not happy with the purchase, overall.

    Great house for little helpers!
    Purchased this for my 4 year old and 2 year old grandsons who love to help dad around the house with everything he does. They absolutely love this! I like that the screws are attached to the pieces, so nothing gets lost. They can “work” on their house as much as they want!

    Easy setup - kids will enjoy modifying it.
    I bought this for my Grand Daughters birthday and putting it together was well worth the effort when she exclaimed "Oh wow". She immediately fell in love with it and spent a lot of time playing with it.. Putting this together was pretty straight forward. The instructions were short but simple to follow and I was intrigued when I noticed they were in several languages.

    Great Toy House-Easy build.
    I got this Little Tikes house for my daughters 5th birthday and it arrived right on time.. The value in the gift lies in the daddy and daughter we had building it. Especially the last part of the project where my daughter actually used the tools provided to design and build the frame, doors and windows.. She used the kid safe power drill to complete the project herself... Happy kid, proud dad!!!
