I love this company!
We bought 2 Lifetime kayaks, two years ago. We love them! The seat clip either broke and fell off or was knocked off in storing this year. I called up the company and spoke to a wonderful lady. She found the part and mailed it to us. We received it in the mail a few days later- for FREE! I could not say enough good about their product.

DO NOT HAVE THIS SHIPPED! GO BUY IN STORE!
Extremely disappointing...the packaging was ripped and the shipper covered it in a soot like powder. It transferred to my clothes and skin each time I tried touching it. I tried scrubbing but the black did not come off and was ground into the plastic! What if I wanted to gift it? It looks used! The pics I included are only showing it AFTER being scrubbed!

    Love My Daylite 8 Ft Kayak
    I'm a 5'2" 73 year old woman and needed a kayak that I could carry and transport by myself. The Daylite fits inside my Toyota RAV with the front and backseat lowered. I bought a SUP strap for carrying which redistributes the weight which makes it easier for me to carry from the car to the water. I took the kayak to the lake last weekend. It is very stable and maneuvers with less effort than my old sit-in kayak. This is an excellent kayak for use on calm waters. The only downside I will mention is that Walmart did not have the kayak available for pick up in the store. Although the shipping time was quicker than anticipated, the shippers put a small ding and scratch in the kayak. Also, the Walmart price of the Lifetime Daylite was less than other retailers.

    Not happy!! See picture attached.
    I like that it arrived quickly, but I did not like that it was delivered with a deep scratch, that at this moment I don't know if the water enters through there. I did not return it because I had an RV travel the following date it was delivered. But I passed a hot screwdriver in top of it but I still don't know if that was goo enough because I never used because in my trip. The water was dirty. I hope it works.

    Great kayak. Terrible delivery company.
    I purchased the Lifetime Daylite since I have one already and it arrived damaged, with a huge denton about 4" wide and 2" deep on the keel, bow side. Walmart customer service was fantastic in arranging a refund and refund but I was told this item comes from a third party vendor therefore a replacement couldn't be arranged. I noticed how the employee from the delivery company handled the kayak when he came to pick it up for return and I have no doubt in my mind they caused the damage when they delivered originally.
