Great customer service!
We bought a portable basketball hoop, almost 2 years of use a few rim clips that hold the net broke. I was prepared to argue but with a copy of purchase date and a couple of pics they sent us a new rim. It was that easy, I appreciated the service and it was sent faster than expected a 5 star company for sure!!

Great hoop. Not so good instructions
Great hoop. The directions are a little off with the tool selection it says to use. If you have your own tool set it's not hard to figure out what fits and what doesn't though. It took a little longer than expected to put together also. Overall we love the hoop and have used it lots so far.

    Best basketball purchase I ever made. This hoop has survived 10 boys and now it is in use by grandsons. The adjustable backboard feature means lots of ''spectacular" highlight dunks. I have replaced nuts and bolts several times and the cost remains the same....FREE..Thank you for many great memories Lifetime!

    Fun for the family
    It's a great hoop. We have enjoyed playing with it. As far as assembly, I was disappointed the video instructions didn't have a live person giving pointers. Definitely requires 3 people and be prepared for needing to redo things. Overall we did it in 5 hours with a break in there.

    Buy it. It is a quality hoop.
    Product is good quality and can be assembled in about 2-3 hrs if you are mechanical inclined. Otherwise expect it to take longer. Parts are awkward so I would recommend two people but I assembled it by myself. All the parts are organized by individual bags aligned to each step. I had no missing parts, no scratches, and no issues to report. All good and made in the USA except the rim itself for some reason.

    We LOVE having it in our group Activities Barn
    We have a family ranch that is used by a number of youth groups and for reunions. As soon as this was assembled by our two sons (future engineers--one in high school, one in college) it became a popular item. Assembly was complicated and took the two of them several hours--but the end product was worth the effort! (I suggest planning accordingly.) The kids (and adults) loved the quick adjust back board--they could dunk the ball with just a few seconds of effort to lower the back board.
