    No regrets in this purchase!
    Good purchase. My thirteen year old daughter says that it does cool down the room (we live in Las Vegas) and it is most effective if it is blowing directly on you. Of course, you need to remember to place the ice packs in the freezer for optimal cooling. It was easy to set-up and easy to use.

    Powerful
    Never had a bladeless fan before. I was not expecting it to be this powerful. It moves a lot of air for not having many moving parts. The air feels cool even without water and is whisper quiet. It has three little bottles with powder that when you add water it turns to jelly over time being mixed with water and frozen. We have not needed to use water for the cooling effect yet but the fan itself is a good addition to our apartment.

    I live in a one bedroom apartment, the portable fan is very convenient, i can move it to whereever i want. It can also provide cooling wind when ice water is added, great for summer! For the price, it's a good deal.

    Cools like AC
    First off, this brand makes really great products. High end components and build quality. I own a small heater from them and its top tier in every way. This fan is another top tier product. Its built great, sturdy and full of features. The biggest feature in this fan is the water tank with makes the air have a cooling feel. I have a small desktop air cooler and it does work and make a difference. The evaporator feature can cool the room usually between 33-5 degrees lower. I have a room in the house (my office) that has a sealed return vent, guess the builders forgot..but i don't want to open a wall to fix it and make a mess. So anything i can get to make this room cooler i'll try. This fan really does help. Just the water tank alone helps but using the included (2) ice packs gives it even more cooling. You only need to use one pack at a time this way you have a fresh frozen one to swap out keeping it cool longer. Comes with a great remote that controls all the features..timer, fan speed (low med, high) oscillator and water cooling....yes you can turn the evaporator on and off as well. You will have to clean the evaporator filter on the back of this fan weekly as it can start to smell musty because its always wet. and this can potentially grow mold so very important that you wash it in hot water with just a drop of soap. Its easy.

    Great fan
    This is a great fan. You can make the fan put out colder air by using the ice packs. The fan has different speeds and is actually quiet. My household is super sensitive to noise and this didn't bother us.
