    Seems to provide consistently good cholesterol levels
    Over time, and consistent use, this really seems to have had a positive impact on my hdl and ldl cholesterol levels.     Most likely the best choice when it comes to Fish Oils.

    High quality and easier to swallow
    I believe Life Extension has some of the best quality omega three supplements on the market today. It's my understanding that the olive oil extract works to stabilize the fish oils so they don't oxidize ad become rancid. I particularly like this size because it is easier to swallow than the bigger pills.
