Great product. Great customer service.
I wasn't sure which laptop I should get cos I know nothing about computers. I contacted live chat agent and she immediately recommend one to me. I received the laptop in 2 days and I'm in love with it!! Great quality!!

Not a fan
Not impressed at all. The computer feels cheap, the charger is insanely fat (I'm talking 4+ inches wide so you have to move furniture to plug it in!), and to top it off, the spot it plugs in literally snapped and bent! The battery life is very short...and must be plugged in to have a brighter screen. I'm returning it and getting a different computer.

    WiFi Connection Issue
    I've had this laptop for one year. I only use it for work which I connect to a Remote Desktop. It has repeatedly, while in sleeping mode overnight, removed the WiFi connection. There is no way to use the WiFi as it does not show WiFi as a possibility without doing a factory data reset. And that only lasts about 2 weeks and this has been an ongoing issue. There were no updates involved. It literally just happens out of nowhere. I would not recommend this laptop and would not purchase again!

    Great laptop, not so good screen res
    Screen resolution could be better, specially for such a big screen, everything else is fantastic. I would recommend if you aren't editing or doing something hi-res, everything else works fantastic.

    Love this laptop. It runs great. My only complain is that the touchpad is off center and I find myself right clicking instead of left.

    Nice
    Light weighting laptop with a modern processor and touch screen. The processor is not vary fast but it doesn't overheat and drain the battery. It's not a workstation but a good device for everyday use. Exactly what I wanted to have to watch movies at nights and take to a cafe.

    Fast and responsive laptop
    I bought this as an upgrade. It is fast and responsive with lots of space. Only negative is that the mousepad is gimpy and doesn't work with my asd so I purchased a mouse.

    Affordable and comfy laptop for smaller tasks!
    I bought this laptop for running some of the small programs and tasks not requiring heavy processors. Been a good use so far. Love elegant almond color finish and the design of the laptop. Will work on it and see how it gores about.

    Finishing the course
    The speed, quickness, and precise handling of the laptop is amazing. It seems as though the laptop I was previously using was an antique in comparison. I am able to complete my school assignments faster than I had been able to even when my other laptop was new. The processor is fantastic. I will make sure to get another if anything should happen to this one. I so appreciate the assistance this laptop has made for me to complete my master's program.
