Freezing problems
It's been 11 months since I've bought it and its started to just freeze out of nowhere. If you're trying to get a cheap gaming computer I don't recommend this.

    Love the Flex 14
    This is a really good laptop/tablet. It does all a desktop would do but with mobility. The battery doesn't last real long, needs charging every few hours, or constant.

    Great laptop/tablet combo!
    I originally purchased for being able to work on college courses on the go. I've had this computer for about 9 months now and I absolutely love it. It does everything I need it to and more. It's gotten me through numerous covid college courses, work from home activities, zoom meetings, google meets, I can flip it to tablet mode to work out on the treadmill and watch shows or do a virtual walk. It's got a pretty good battery life and recently I've taken back up playing WOW classic and it's handling the game sometimes better than our heftier desktop/gaming pcs. Love this laptop.

    It's mediocre, but okay for day to day use.
    It won't charge past 60% and I just took it out of the box. It's been on the charger for over 24 hours and won't charge more than that. I tried to let it die all the way too and then charge it, I've tried restarting it, and everything else but nothing is working. Other than that it works fine, just a little slow.

    Laptop is great but the speakers are junk. The volume was already very low but then it just stopped all together.

    Good base platform
    All in all it's a lovely starter laptop with good out of the box performance for the average user and upgradability for the rest of us. Much more user friendly than my chromebook, can be flashed and loaded with OS of your choice, easy to access internals, and (personal tidbit) It is compatible with my Huion.

    Good for work
    For the price it is a great product, but this is the first product that I had that was in windows S mode which prevented me from downloading google chrome when I was setting it up. The download speed I would say is good for its price. Its also cool to have a touch screen. This is my first laptop and this is kinda what I expected but I do like it so far. I maybe a little biased as I compared it to my gaming PC, but for the price I would say it is worth it.

    Must buy!
