abc back pack
by far my sons favorite toy. I can't believe right off the bat he was writing his abc's. so many options from finding the letters and lesrning the animals... it shows upper and lower case! its like a puzzle having the letters come out and putting them back! we loved this!! hours of learning and its a back pack. he can take it anywhere

Disappointed. It arrived defective.
We received this product today and upon opening it we found that the item has defects on the magnetic screen. Like little clusters of dead pixels. It is visible with everything erased and you also can't draw over them. See images.

He's knows his alphabet, but loses interest after playing with the letters. I think as he gets older he'll get the concept of the games offered by this toy. For now he's content with playing with the removable letters. Definitely for older toddlers.BearsMom

Step by step on a learning adventure with Mr. Pencil and the Mr. Pencil's ABC Backpack. This one of a kind toy lets toddlers interact with the alphabet in awesome ways. Using the write and erase board, kids can practice letter writing and drawing with Mr. Pencil. The screen shows how to write each letter step-by-step and then shows how to turn each letter into animals. Inserting the 26 letter pieces into the letter spaces teaches the letter name, letter sound, an animal that begins with that letter and more. Little learners can play seven different activities and when they're done, the plastic backpack holds all the pieces inside. Clip the backpack closed and wear like a real backpack for learning on the go. Draw, learn and get going! Intended for ages 3+ years. My son just loved this. Hes in preschool and the best educational toy ever. It teaches them so much, number, letters, writing. Something that teaches but also entertaining to them. Easy to use for them too. When your done just close and carry. Every child needs this before entering kindergarten. They will learn on their own with this toy.Angela42

It's so cute and looks like a backpack with straps he can wear on his back. There are all kinds of games he can play by pressing the different activity buttons. There are also letters he can press and it tells him which letter it is and gives an example of a word that starts with that letter. There's a place for him to write and erase like the old game etch a sketch, so he can practice writing his letters. There's activities like finding an animal that starts with the letter he chooses...he likes that one! And I like the two volume control settings! There are also activities that work with upper case and lower case letters so this will grow with him. I recommend this educational toy!Laurie L

A backpack that looks like a real backpack with everything fitting inside for ease of bringing anywhere. I love that this teaches phonics , both writing & spelling. Animation teaches them letter names, writing, phonics, & drawing. Including is activity buttons, puzzle spots, eraser, LCD screen, volume switch, letter pieces, strap, writing board, & stylus. The cutest thing I found with this is the pencil face~ makes me want to participate & draw. So cute!!! Atticus understood this very easily & really enjoys playing & learning. I love that it's so easily portable for the car.Unknown
