My two-year old loves this block set!
My two-year old loves this block set! They are very well made. The sound level for the smart star block is perfect, it is not too loud or annoying like other talking toys I've bought. These blocks are great for learning, I love how there are so many ways for my son to learn with this set. I also love how it comes with actually farm animals that fit on the blocks. My son did have trouble with figuring out how to put blocks in the smart star at first, but after a few plays he was able to put the blocks in and out without any help. The pitch fork and shovel are too small for a two-year old. My son thinks they are a fork and spoon so he'll pretend to eat with them, but with how small they are I'm afraid he could easily choke on them. Other than that issue I absolutely love this set and it is my sons new favorite type of blocks. The product has been provided by LeapFrog free of charge so I could experience it with my family; however, the thoughts and opinions are all my owns.

Faulty information ( malefaction?)
After day 2 I purchased this product , the block reader was reading wrong information about the blocks! Like purple or pink color instead of yellow, star about bird, heart instead of red block and many different wrong ones. I was looking forward to play with my toddler with the farm, but unfortunately I'll be returning it.

    My 3 yo LOVED this!! Added them with a simple pack of the same type of blocks that works with their "smart block reader" that came with this and they worked great, although there was a few repeats between sets of readable block. Loved it still!!

    Great entertainment while learning
    These are durable and easy blocks to play with, my son loves it and constantly plays with them, it helps him to pronounce the names of each animal, it keeps him entertained for a while, it is very age appropriate, brightly colored and well made, so useful for his development and learning.     Talk about learning in a fun way! We love it!
    This set was a total hit with our 4yo daughter! She absolutely loves it and can literally play for hours on end building and caring for the little farm animals. Blocks are great quality, sized just right to eliminate any chocking hazard and so colorful. The animals are wonderfully designed and they simply look adorable. The set itself is great for expending our daughters imagination and building her coordination skills but then...the SmartStar Cube brings it to the next level! She can now easily learn colors, animal names and even the sounds they make. Was great seeing both my 4yo and my 1.5yo nephew play, enjoy and bond over this set. We had a blast out of it in the past week and would recommend it with confidence to anyone.     This set comes with SO much! It was a little more involved to put together per the instructions (so our 7 year old put it together) but our toddlers are in animal farm bliss. The smart Star block interacts with the animals (as well as pieces from our other leap builder sets) and our 2 year old is already picking up the names of animals and vegetables. They love all of their leapbuilders sets, but all the farm noises are especially entertaining for them. The product has been provided by LeapFrog free of charge so I could experience it with my family; however, the thoughts and opinions are all my own.
