My little Blue's clues fan is very disappointed
I really wish they took their time makingthe handy dandy notebook. I gave 2 stars because it's very low In volume I even changed the batteries also I wish it was more interactive. Now what's frustrating is my 16 month old. Loves Blue's Clues so I guess he was expecting to be able to use the crayon which made him upset and I'm pretty we all know how toddlers get when things dont do what they expect it to do. I Love leap frog products but this should have been well thought out such as more interactivity. The crayon plays a big part in Blue's clues as well. Moral of the story is my toddler barely touched it since it came and I feel like I wasted money.

    Cute, but you cant hear anything
    I was really excited to get this for my son who loves Blues Clues, but even on the loudest volume setting and with everything turned off, you can still barely hear it. Im so disappointed as my son would have loved it if he could hear the sounds when he pushes the buttons.

    THE PENCIL DOES NOT COME OUT
    my 2 year old daughters current favorite show, she loves blues clues but had a complete melt down when she realized the pencil does not come out.....she is so devastated every time she touches it.

    Not so handy dandy notebook.
    It's ok. Fun for my grandson. BUT wanted a notebook that opened. Also he could write in like Josh. Also with the "phone" on the other side. I had 1 in my "cart" but ehen went to buy it they were out. It's no longer available. He like it's but isn't happy the crayon doesn't come out. N he can't open it. Nor "talk" on it. Disappointed for sure. It's a decent toy. Just not anything close to Josh's notebook. So a sorta happy grandson. Yet also a sad grandson.

    Who doesn't want there own Handy Dandy notebook??? It's the perfect size for small hand to hold and super easy for little ones to operate and use the different learning functions. Tons of educational learning, from shapes to counting and imaginative skills galore. Nothing makes a mothers heart happier than hearing her child using key core skills all while having fun, knowing they are on an adventure of their own looking for clues with there little Handy Dandy Notebook. It's an extremely cute site too!!! Glad I got this learning toy, it's a must have for a Blues Clues loving child.

    So fun for my toddler
    The Blues Clues & You Handy Dandy Notebook is bright and colorful and catches my toddlers attention, it is one of his favorite go to toys. It has 14 app buttons that include colors, shapes, numbers, music, hygiene, weather etc. The on/off switch is very easy to use even for the smallest uncoordinated hands. It is durable and has withstood being thrown , stood on and a drink being spilled on it . The volume even on the highest setting is still quiet enough that it is not aggravating. My toddler enjoys this toy very much and carries it with him almost all the time .
