    Two controllers unusable within six months.
    We purchased two of these controllers for the xbox 360. Cables are much shorter than original xbox 360 controllers. On both controllers, outer cable sheath separated from strain relief within 12 days after limited use, exposing the individual wires. Within six months the cables had fully separated from the controllers. Walmart protection plan is useless. I cannot recommend these controllers at all.

    Shipped faster than expected. Works excellent. Feels and plays like a true Microsoft Xbox 360 controller, not a cheap knockoff.

    Return need my money child very disappointed over
    Controller was broken I am homebound no help to get it returned. Have tried over and over to get shipping labels to return it no response from the company. I need to return it by mail. I cannot get out to do it. Please help

    Not great quality! Loose buttons, joystick has play. Came unboxed in a plastic bag, Im shocked that it wasnt damaged!

    the bottom left direction on both of the sticks are dead spots and the down, left and bottom right direction on the d-pad also do not work, but otherwise its a decent after market controller
