    Slight damage but that was to expect. The aluminum coils had a few spots that were smashed over but nothing that wasn't unfixable. Some of the screws were missing yet again that was expected. The reduced price was definitely worth the minute fixes.

    Not satisfied. Paid almost $600 for an AC unit, works great, bit they Sent us the wrong face to the unit

    Unit runs great. Didn't know the case was damaged until we installed it and the the front cover wouldn't stay in place on one side. The auto swing doesn't work either. But it blows cold and all other functions work. Over priced for the damaged unit, but not worth removal and waiting 2 more weeks in this heat. Of course this is most likely the goal to rid their selves of these units.
