Best dollhouse gift ever and from my Dad!!
Great Christmas or birthday gift. Does not come with dolls. Go through all the pieces to ensure you have everything as it states and then Check off each Item. You dont have to go through the bus unless your checking for the last piece of wood which should be W! The bus has all the decor for the house. The directions are straight forward. Follow the pages and the number. Make sure your in the mood to have some fun and want to do some building with your kid because it does take a bit of time to put together. The screw that is by itself with a white cover is for the bottom of the elevator connection. The staircase already has the black top connected, so don't go looking for it. The base with the swimming pool is like a drawer that fits directly under the house if built correctly! This may not come with dolls but, even if you have any doll, it works amazingly. My daughter already has a few lol girls so, she it just worked out perfectly!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Beware company only gives 30 day warranty for defective pieces. The kid was being naughty so she didnt get it. We just now are opening and putting it together and I find this issue where the elevator shaft apparently has a sticky back and when it was assembled in the warehouse it was put on crooked so now either the elevator wont work or rip the paper decoration off the almost 200 dollar doll house. They wont do anything even though it was their fault because its been too long. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    Love this house. Lots of pieces are included. Only down side is it's a pain to put together. My 5 year old loves it.

    I thought this would be a great surprise Christmas gift for my youngest daughters but the surprise was on me when I realized it came in pieces and I had to put it together ON CHRISTMAS DAY or I'll just be the worst mother in the world ,but I digress it took only a hour to put together all the pieces was there instructions little hard to follow but easy to take apart it you make a mistake and trust me I made plenty at the end it's beautiful and they love it I'm a little jealous the dolls have such great lives and house but hey imagination is a beautiful thing ,I hope this help and put a smile on someone's face

    An awesome dollhouse. My granddaughter really loves it. It's tall, has multiple floors, furniture, pool, hottub and truck. She is having so much fun with it and her LOL dolls.

    I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter for Christmas, and she loves it. Her dad put it together and was surprised how sturdy and heavy it is. He put it together in no time. She plays with it more than any other toy she has. Definitely glad I got it. The price had went from $159 to $129 at Wal Mart online, so it was a good deal.

    Missing pieces.
    They gave us 2 of once piece and we are missing the floor to one or the levels. I filled out the form and LOL is saying that its going to be up to 3 weeks once the claim is approved if its even approved.

    My daughter is in love with this doll house . In spite of lots of bad reviews on different websites we were blessed to have received all the parts. No issues with missing items . Husband put together and only found the staircase to be tricky lol. We will listen to the reviews regarding the water . Any water time will be away from the house as it destroys the house . Daughter has been playing non stop !!!
