Bad customer service item wont work
by mid August the tip part of the bucket wouldn't spin anymore. I feel it was a waste of my money because I called ans was told I couldnt get a replacement.

    Don't waste your money!!!
    this is junk. There is not a pedal to press to wring the mop out making it useless. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

    this Spin Mop is excellent
    Easy to assemble, love the spin feature which effectively gets excess water out and also cleans the mop well without getting my hands wet.

    we have had both spin mops the one with out the foot pedal is far more superior. It doesn't quit working as easy less mechanical parts to fail !

    This is a very nice mop for quick mess pickup. I have an incontinent dog, so got this to solve the problem. It works perfectly for cleaning up her messes.
