This shelving is easy to put together, affordable, and practical. I have a lot of it and I love it.

Poor customer service
I purchased 2 racks ... first one I opened and put together without any problems. I opened the 2nd one, and 2 out of the 4 legs were wrong. So I emailed the company to get them to send me out the correct legs... I asked if they could send me those legs as soon as possible. It took 2 emails before getting any response...and then after I sent pictures of the problems and other items they supposedly needed, they said they could send me a new one in about a month. Long story short, I told them that I didn't need a new one and just 2 legs so I could get it set up (needed it set up quickly). Over the next week+, I got emails back and forth, starting from them saying sorry that they can't send me the replacement legs and that they would refund me $10 (keep in mind the product cost me $40+) and I could keep the product. I said the "product" is junk without the correct legs ... the responses were literally them offering to refund me an additional $5 after each email. Previous comments of their customer service was right on unfortunately! Buyer beware! (about 3 weeks later, I am still without a racking)

    Just Ok
    The price was right, but the quality of the racks are a bit sub-par. The rubber brackets all came broken which are to be used as spacers between shelves. Once completed it is also a bit wobbly.
