No additives (Pure) and disseminates easily
Wow, it was amazing finding this product that is PURE and does not contain unneeded additives. I was on a trip and needed a fiber supplement to tame travelers diarreah (recommended by my MD) with the lowest probably of causing side effects. It was perfect, and disseminates easily in room temperature water. One teaspoon has 5 grams fiber and 3gms are soluble.

Does not dissolve
Not sure how this gets such good reviews as I could not get it to dissolve. It clumped up and had a strange taste. Definitely not something I would want to put in my beverage every day. I had to return it.

    Not for me, but maybe ok for smoothies
    Don't plan on drinking this mixture on it's own, which is what I was hoping to do since I'm not into smoothies. The taste and texture was gross. I'm guessing for smoothies it would be a healthy, suitable addition.

    Complete satisfication.
    It is the best. Period. Other fibers are poor substitutes. It really works well. You have to remember to leave time between the fiber and your Rx.. Don't want to flush the meds down the drain!
