Cute birthday present
My 4 year old requested sand for his birthday, so we decided this sand would be perfect for his little hands. There's not the usual mess with play sand since this is kinetic sand and it keeps well in a baggie after each use for more play time in the future. The container has a decent amount for my son to play with especially for inside play during cold or rainy days. Perfect gift!

Item was used. Not new. I need to pay closer attention and not buy from third party vendors on the Walmart app. All the sand was mixed together and all the bones were mixed in the sand and all the tools opened and used. Sand leaking from the box. Ugh.

    Somewhat poorly put together
    One of the dinosaurs had the same foot for the other side, very flimsy so didn't hold together strong and same for the shovel it comes with. Thank god I had a play doh shovel to use instead.

    Great gift for dino kids !
    I purchased this for my 4 yr old grandson. He loves dinosaurs and kenetic sand so this should be perfect for him. He hides dinosaurs in the kenetic sand he already has to dig them up. Kenetic sand is not messy and easily cleans up if it gets on the floor or carpet. I put the sand in a plastic container with a lid that he can store away for the next time he plays with it.

    My grandchildren love kinetic sand because it's smooth and easy to clean up . They love dinosaurs as well and my grandson who is 4 put the dinosaurs together and had so much fun !

    Disappointed!!
    Highly disappointed. This was a Christmas present for a 5 year old to be opened Christmas Day. I did not open it when it was received. When it was opened Christmas Day I realized it had already been opened and played with by someone. It was too late to take it away from him. The sand was all mixed up and not in a plastic bag like the other kinetic sand play kit I got for him. It also had packaging in the box that was not related to kinetic sand.

    This one was disappointing because the description didn't show that it didn't come with it's own plastic case like the other sets did. It is in the cardboard box that it is sent in and the picture of the landscape is printed on the inside of the box when you flip it down. The idea is good, it's the container that makes it so it won't last very long for kids to play with.

    Wonderful continuous play forever
    My kids had such a blast digging up the dino bones and putting them together when we first opened and the black sand to red lava sand was so enticing. They enjoy hiding the bones for the other to dig for too. Being kinetic sand they play with this often and it doesn't go bad like play dough or slime.
