Well Worth the Price
Really hard to beat at this price point. It took two hours to assemble ( two people). The directions were straight forward and parts clearly marked. In my opinion , the quality is very good. One tip, use a variable speed electric driver ( the bit is included) and go slow driving in the screws. Don't over tighten or else you'll split the wood.

broken junk and worst customer servive
dont waste your money! order was delayed and took forever. product was broken! the wooden door and other parts of frame were snapped in half!

    Very satisfied with this product
    No damages to report. It took my boyfriend a couple hours to put together. It's very sturdy and solid. It has a cute awning, a doorbell, mailbox, and a flower bed holder. Very spacious inside. My daughter loves it and would highly recommend it!

    Fun, Easy Setup, Worth the Price
    All in all, this is a great little playhouse! Set this up for a one and a half year old and she adores having her own space! We put a child's plastic Adirondack and a tiny table in there, added battery operated fairy lights up above inside, and some house numbers outside that match our address with a 1/2, and she loves pointing and exploring all the details. Chalkboard is a plus, though most chalk is on the walls, and the clock is cool for learning to tell time. Doorbell is of course a major hit and we like to hide treasure in the mailbox she can find and get excited about, like flowers, cool rocks, and other found in nature objects. The open windows are great for parents to be able to keep watch on children, especially if one is not so limber and can't get through the door to help if needed. Windows are great for playing cafe with your kids! The openness of the design means its easy to keep clean, too. Also easy to check for spiders and easily get rid of them - there aren't too many places they can hide. I lightly sprayed our playhouse with a nontoxic spider/bug deterrent derived from essential oils and so far so good. This little house is easy to set up and great for busy parents/care providers. Remember the days in the 80s when having a playhouse meant your dad had to make plans and get the lumber, and it took 2-3 weekends? Not any more! This one goes up in about an hour or so. It's not super duper sturdy, as in it's not going to withstand being climbed on, but it is a fun playhouse that will last for enough years for a good amount of happy play.

    Needs replacement piece. Door magnet came broken
    Really like this playhouse beautiful affordable. I do have an issue though. The magnet that holds the door closed came broken and now the door won't stay shut. My daughtets are not even two and found the broken piece on the ground. She could have eaten it. I would really love a replacement piece please?! Then this would be perfect!

    Awesome house!
    My kiddos love this playhouse! I put it together myself in a couple hours. The instructions were vague for a few steps but overall fairly easy to follow. The phone buttons are all very simple and allow for imagination. The chalk boards and clock are a hit and so is the doorbell. Oh yes, can't forget about the mailbox! Remember to grab batteries for the doorbell and chalk for the chalkboards!

    Highly recommend!
    Literally the cutest thing ever! I was able to put it together on my own because I am too inpatient for my husband and had no difficulties! I did move the flower box to the front instead of the side because I thought it looked cuter. AMAZING for the price! My 2 year old loves it!

    Awesome purchase!
    LOVE IT! Spacious, cute, and practical. We were even able to fit a play kitchen in it. Has held up great so far, I did clear coat it for extra precautions, but we have had no issues with it, its sturdy, and my 3 year old loves It!

    Playhouse was a hit
    The playhouse was a hit. Just the right size. The instructions were just pictures so it left a little bit of confusion. Several screws were not secure in the wood. I added a few of my own.
