I can not praise this enough. I take it daily and in 9 months I had lost 80 pounds. I have a hard time over eating and this helped control my appetite so well. I was on a WFPB diet Along with it, but fell off the wagon. Even with taking it daily, I continued to drop weight even with eating whatever I wanted(that's terrible, right? Lol!) I felt energized, I wasn't hungry. Portion control was a big issue for me and these helped. I have reordered so many times. I really wish they were available in the stores again like they used to be. Size 17 to now a size 5.

They do NOT work.
I really wanted this to work but they do not. I have been doing a ketogenic diet on and off for about 15 years. After 3 kids, I felt I needed a little extra help and with Christmas being close because I knew I might cheat a little. I bought these thinking/hoping they would help keep me in ketosis if I had a little cheat moment and give me an edge even when I was eating clean and exercising. But the absolutely do not work. Please do not waste your money on this brand.

    Great product, but lousy delivery option.
    My unusual physiology involves a mentally dizzying reaction to certain carbohydrates (sugars) yet is not diabetic-related. Using this product as a "carb blocker" allows me to avoid intense vertigo that would otherwise be debilitating. Unfortunately, Wal*Mart has gone from free-pick-up-at-the-store to having to pay shipping / delivery fees, so I'll be having to switch to something else, as the price has become exorbitant and no longer a viable choice.

    Control your appetite when adjusting to Ketosis!
    WHEN I AM IN OR NEAR KETOSIS, the Walmart Real Ketone BHB are perfect for me. I have had no stomach problems with these capsules. Ketones in a capsule (BHB) make moving to ketones for energy (ketosis) easier, but still require attention to the low carb diet. I usually start with a review about ketosis, and begin eating a very low carb diet for several days. I find these capsules help control my appetite for the first few days while I am adjusting to this new form of eating.

    So I have been doing Keto off and on for 6 years now, since the start I've had two kids. As the years went on I found it harder to to maintain the diet due to being afraid of the induction faze. I own two businesses, work from home and am a stay at home mom....I have no time to lay around and feel like crap. So a lot of times I would stop doing Keto out of fear that I would have to miss work due to the “keto Flu”. But this time around I decided to do something different! I saw these in my local Walmart and normally I am totally against brands that put “Keto” on stuff because I know they are just trying to make a sale...well i decided to get them because I wanted to test it out because I've heard good things about exougounus ketones. Seriously y'all this was the best purchaser ever! I've been eating Keto for only a couple days now and normally I don't feel that “euphoria” type feeling and bliss till at least a couple weeks into Keto...well as soon as I take these with iced coffee I am able to fast all day till 4pm. I really can tell the difference! They really curb your apetite during the day, and help you feel energized. Being only a few days into keto and feeling like I'm weeks in is truly amazing. All the bad reviews I see are of people who are trying to use these as a quick fix for their cheating...you need to realize this isn't for your mistakes, you still need to eat clean. These will just make you feel more motivated and will elevate your mood....this is what you feel like when you are fully Keto adapted.

    KetoScience Products have been great for ketosis!
    I've been living the keto lifestyle for about 9 months now and it has made a big difference in my life but it's always hard to be compliant with. So Far KetoScience products I've tried, including the Real Ketone capsules have helped me stay in ketosis.
