Tastes good, even when made with water.
Very happy with this meal replacement. It tastes okay and is creamy even when made with water. I got chocolate, and its a pretty good milk chocolate flavor. I feel fairly full after drinking it, too.

Easy to mix
This Keto Science Ketogenic Meal Shake In chocolate is easily bendable, even without a shaker cup or blender. It smells really delicious and chocolately. To prepare you use 2 spoonfuls from the included spoon and mix or shake. The taste isn't as good as the smell. It has a slight chemical taste. I recommend adding ice to make it very cold which makes the taste more tolerable. After a few shakes this week, I'm becoming more accustomed to the taste. The convenience and ease of a fast and healthy breakfast that keeps me full and energized keeps me continuing to use the shake mix.

    Okay, but does not mix or blend well
    Good chocolate flavor, good amount for the money. Absolutely will not mix well no matter what I do. In blender on any and all speeds, for any length of time, you look inside and still see clumps of dried power on the edge of the blender or floating around. Would be awesome if they could just make it blend or mix well. I can recommend with reservations.

    I knew going after a mealshake I would have to settle for that signature chalky artificial fake flavor. But this stuff is by far without question the absolute best tasting shake I have ever come across. It's not candy or a milk shake but I DO ENJOY IT. I mix in a little peanut butter powder and it tastes like a peanut butter cup, and it's gone before I know It Tastes good when made with water Tastes better when made with milk

    This meal shake is the bomb dot com!! I dont really like chocolate but this is so refreshing I just put 2 scoops in my nutribullet with 1 cup of almond coconut milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla flavour , 1 tea spoon mct oil and some ice and OMG! I am happy with my purchase. It could have been a bit more for the amount it cost but still no big deal you get what you pay for.

    I tried this chocolate keto shake as a meal replacement. I'm not a huge fan of protein shakes I don't work out regularly. However I use this shake every few days as a meal replacement. I cant be a testament to weight loss, but I do feel full and energized when I drink this shake. I only mix with water in a shaker bottle then put it in the freezer for a few minutes to get icey. The first sip has a slight after taste but then it is gone. I would recommend this shake for a meal replacement.

    Chocolate meal shake
    The ketogenic chocolate meal shake tastes similar to most other meal replacement shakes. It has a good chocolate flavor with no bad after taste and mixes well in a blender bottle. It does a good job at holding off hunger for 3 to 4 hours so it also makes a good meal replacement drink. I also like that its geared more toward the ketogenic way of eating, since we just started that.

    Excellent product but you'll need to keep stirring
    This Ketogenic milk shake is much better than some other Keto drinks I've tried. Keeping in mind that the Keto diet consists of virtually no sugar, this drink is not sweet at all. It tastes like cocoa powder, but thankfully without the bitterness. I am not sure how to describe it exactly, but if you can imagine the taste of chocolate with no sugar, that is what this tastes like. I personally quite like it, because I always struggle with sweets, and having anything that tastes sweet just makes me want more, so thankfully this does not taste sweet (or taste like any other beverages with fake sweeteners, which are gross). The main issue with a lot of these drinks is that they do not dissolve, and this product is no exception. The instructions on the bottle say to mix it with water or other beverage, so I usually choose milk. However, as you can see from my photos, it just does not dissolve into a drink consistency. You need to stir it up, and drink it immediately. If you let it sit for a few seconds, it will all come back to the top again. You could chug it I suppose, but I prefer to slowly sip on it as I start my morning, so I just leave the spoon in. I just stir every time I take a drink. If you don't, and you drink the froth on top, it is too much and does not taste good. I am just starting to work towards Keto choices, and this I think is the best one I've had so far. I definitely recommend.

    I jumped into eating healthy and exercise after finding out I have health issues. I'm now paying attention to what I eat, my weight, and my activity. One thing I started noticing is that I have not been able to lose weight even though I exercise a lot more and eat much healthier and less food. I decided to get something that could give me a leg-up on my weight loss. This dietary supplement is ketogenic with is very popular among my friends who live a healthy lifestyle. I was skeptical because it does say no sugar and sweets are my weakness. I figured I would just sweeten to taste, but the rest of the benefits would still be there. I got the tub and it says it contains 14 servings. That is only 2 weeks with one serving a day. My immediate thought was that it was gonna get expensive very fast. Still I tried it. I first tried it with milk because I'm not a fan of chocolate waters and I prefer cold drinks. It didn't turn out good. The powder wasn't dissolving at all and it tasted horrible. Next day, I decided to follow directions and use water. Again, didn't dissolve very well and still tasted horrible. Following day, I tried it as a hot cocoa. The powder dissolved well but the taste wasn't very pleasing for me. Determined I would keep trying it until the end of the tub, I tried it with half the powder, I tried using only half the recommended amount of powder. That is more tolerable for my taste. It is sweet, very sweet for not having any sugars. It does taste and have an aftertaste like artificial sweeteners from the colorful packages. That was the horrible taste that diminishes when making it less concentrated. Now that I only use one scoop, it's lasting longer. Haven't felt the benefits yet, but I'm patient since it'll probably take twice as long because I'm using half the amount.

    Smooth and tasty
    I have tried different protein shakes and this is one of the best. It contains a moderatel amount of calories per serving and the flavor is acceptable. It does keep you satisfied for a reasonable amount of hours and helps to prevent craving sensations.
