This bike was a disappointment
Brakes on this bike are horrible. Bought it for my sons birthday in December. We had constant issues with his brakes. The pads are already worn down and 2 of the brake pads broke off, one in the front and one in the back. He loves his bike and I just found out he’s been riding it without brakes. Boys! Will be buying him a new bike but not this one and probably not from Walmart. His twin brothers bike, it’s fine except it’s already rusty cause Walmart keeps the bikes outside in the wet weather.

    Shipping was handed poorly
    The packaging came open and the tire must have gotten punched in shipping because the tube was flat when we got it and had to buy a new one before my son could even ride it. Shipping said next day and it took 4 days .

    so very disappointed.
    the box was horribly damaged and retaped. I won't go to the trouble to open it as I'm afraid parts are missing or damaged. will be sending this back!! not to mention it was left in the rain all day:(

    Everything was easy to put together untill I got to the front tire. Which has a bent rim, very small to see untill you spin the tire.

    Package Delivered in Damaged/Open Box!
    I cant even believe that delivering a package in such a way would be considered acceptable for ANY business, let alone an establishment as large and experienced as Walmart! This is completely ridiculous! I'm not even sure if all of the parts made it with the bike frame nor how I would get the parts if they're missing. This is my first time ordering something for delivery from Walmart.com and I'm not sure that I will ever do it again.
