My New Snack Hero
Pretzel on one side, cracker on the other. My new favorite snack. They are light, crispy, salty. Yum! I serve them with cheeses and dips and everyone in my family loves them. They do not have that sweet undertone that many crackers have, that I do not care for.

Broken into small pieces
I bought these to go with my cheese ball for a football party but they were so broken up that I had to buy a different product. These will have to be used for breading not as a cracker. VERY dissatisfied and will not purchase again

    90% broken
    I purchased these crackers for Super Bowl Sunday. I put them in a bowl to serve with our dip. I 3as very disappointed when I noticed most of them were broke in half, if not even more. We had to use them because I had no other crackers. Thankfully we had a few other snacks, these will get thrown out!

    Delicious snacking cracker BUT...
    We buy these regularly, and I love them, but honestly the packaging is terrible. Putting them in one large box results in the majority of them being broken. You're lucky if you get a box where 50% are not in pieces. Kellog's packages their original "light and buttery" Town House crackers in sleeves, and they are never broken. Not sure why they can't do the same with these. It's very frustrating to spend money on broken crackers.

    Tasteless
    I loved these until today. This batch has almost no salt and I can't taste the pretzel side. Taste like stale unsalted crackers. I'm going to return because I'm tired of paying for bad quality products. Is there no quality control anymore?

    Every box has broken crackers
    We love these crackers and have been purchasing them for months, but nearly a third of every bag is broken crackers. Stopped buying them for a while to see if quality control improved, but it is still the same. So I am sending a picture. Maybe it is a shipping and handling problem, but please try to do something. Thank you.

    Crumbs!
    My family buys several boxes for crackers per month. These FlipSide are a favorite. I was shocked after opening the box and found nothing but broken pieces and crumbs. These are the largest pieces. Something was definitely wrong in production because the box was in perfect shape. Sure hope they don't continue like this. I will give 5stars for the most crumbs ever but they were tasty. I would recommend these to a friend after explaining what has been happening with the product.

    Need to repackage!
    I love these crackers and everyone I have ever shared them with absolutely loves these crackers! However, they are always packed together and half are broken when you get them. Please start packaging them in an individual cellophane roll like the club crackers. I've had to stop buying them for parties because of this and it makes me so sad. Everything else about the product is wonderful. Please fix this!

    Always broken?
    The flavor of these crackers is fantastic! The are so good with a variety of meats, cheeses, and dips. Sadly, I cannot give a 5 start review when most of the crackers in the box are broken. This is my fourth box in a row where the majority of the box broken crackers. Please note that though I say I would not recommend these to a friend, I would... But with a huge warning...
