Whats Next?
I have no complaints of any products ordered. I only have issues with how one particular order is split into 4 delivered times. First of all 1-bottle of VitaFusion D-3 was delivered by itself and left on a chair outside. Then there is a box by FedX I believe, contained the box of Always Discreet incontinence pads and the Calcium chewable vitamins. Then the 3rd delivery was this morning with only the box of club crackers in a bag. Then right after that a delivery with 2 bottles of vitafusion women's multi, 2 boxes of Zesta crackers, 1 bag of Lays wavy chips. I have never seen such unorganization as this and have never had this happen. Thankfully I was able to talk to the last delivery persons to see if there was a reason Walmart would be delivering this way. They couldn't understand why but did give me contact info to contact the contract company Roadie who is the company they work for. Why does Walmart have to constantly make things more confusing for customers. We support you and understand what we need to do and we do it and then something like this hits us in the face!! Part of my order on 19th, part on 20th and the rest in 2 deliveries on the 21st. Not a lot of items in this order. You need to figure this out and stop splitting orders into different delivery companies.

Stale & Nasty
I have always bought Zesta Crackers. Until the last 3 times I was happy. The last 3 times I opened the box & I get a smell before I even open one of the sleeves of crackers. This last one I just opened a few minutes ago and it smelled like stale crackers. Now the box's sell by date is Feb 2422. I wonder if you are repackaging stale crackers? I can remember when you never had issues with Zesta Crackers. Now i think I'll start buying anything other than Zesta. You really need to wake up and sell a great cracker like you did in the past.

    Not What I Expected
    I ordered two boxes of these crackers for $2.52 each. Although the Best if Used by date is JAN0922, these crackers are stale throughout. I'll never purchase this item online again.

    Very poor packing. Inside wrappers with holes.
    I want a refund. The box was inside a simple bubble envelope. The box edge was crushed. All inside packs of crackers are broken. The cellophane wrappers on crackers have holes in them.

    Hard, crumbly, tasteless, and virtually no salt. I held my cracker up to the light and there were truly three granules of salt. Not what they used to be!

    Zesty crackers are the best, they have a great flavor and always fresh tasting, I like to eat cheese with them for a healthy snack, I will continue to buy these and I do recommend this to others.

    Great Crackers Lousy Walmart Handling.
    The crackers are usually great However, Walmart doesn't handle them with care so way too frequently they arrived mostly crushed. Other stores don't do this. These are my favorite kind of Saltine crackers and I've preferred them almost since they came out many years ago...However I don't like receiving broken and crushed crackers and have more then once had to return them as I won't be played for a fool by Walmart

    Crackers all broken in package
    Zesta was the only crackers we have bought for over 50 yrs. The last three (3) boxes we have bought have had mostly crumbs. When you take one out of the package in crumbles in your hand. You can not even spread any soft butter on them. Very disappointed in the quality of your product now. Will have to switch!!

    Zests has always been my brand of choice. No longer. They are so thin that they crumble all to pieces when putting a spread on them, and they are way over salted. The cracker are broken in the sleeves right out of the box, with no damage showing to the box. I can't even get them out of the sleeve without them breaking.

    Poor product quality
    The quality of the Zesta saltine crackers are not even close to what they were a few years ago. Some of the product are under baked and almost all the product are without salt or very little salt. On the box it's called saltines crackers, maybe they need to be called " Zesta crackers" I have switched to a different brand
