    damaged and missing pieces
    Item arrived late, damaged and missing bolts, but my husband was able to find them at home Depot. I can repair the tears in the mesh and fabric as well. the website won't allow my pictures to be posted. Walmart customer service gave a partial refund for the damage.

    Packaging could be a little better. Also the seat is deep so if you are short your legs will not touch the floor. Other than that it is just what we wanted.

    LOVE! Great for twins!
    This chair is actually really comfy and big enough to snuggle in it. I'm 5'1. I can sit my breast feeding pillow on it and feed one baby while rocking the other in the bassinet which is huge. Big enough for both infants. Being short it is a little harder to rock sitting all the way back but I also use a foot stool that helps me rock. My three year old also fits in it with me to read a book. We paid to have it assembled and carried upstairs. Such a great purchase.
