I love the photos this camera takes and it is really easy to use; however, for a first-time user, the instruction guide could be expanded; however, user manual is online, and the directions are fairly basic.

WORKED ONLY ONCE!
READ THE PAMPHLET, TOOK SOME PICS (13 second video or 18 photos-memory full). Downloaded to my computer. FINE! Next use, it seemed to take more pictures. I was only taking a few pics of some work I had done. When I went to download, it would not finish; And my computer acted funny for a few seconds??? Now the camera will not turn on and still won't download. Good luck with the manual download. no info in trouble shooting, And as far as calling, I got a bunch of recordings and the last one said "mailbox full", and disconnected!

    I was disappointed in the quality of the Kodak camera - the facing was plastic not metal and would easily break if dropped. It was small and I couldn't slide open the place where the memory card should go. I returned it.

    Don't buy
    All i got when trying to take a picture was try tripod. Took back to Walmart who refused to take it back .It was in the return range and i never even removed the attached tags.I even checked the return date on it and wrote down the order number since Walmart never sends a receipt for online purchases.

    Not too bad...
    Great compact camera to take close up pictures. You will need to set the camera, test out the features and make sure they are locked. Different features will leave the pics very grainy and when you zoom out it's not the best. The real test will be when I visit a Disney Park, test if I can take over 200 pics and how ling the battery takes to recharge.

    Good little camera for the price.
    Not the most sophisticated camera in the world, but a good value for the money. Takes good photos. Only complaint - battery life is not long; have some charged backup batteries on hand if you plan to take a lot of pictures at one time.

    Great camera, straight-forward to use!
    We got this camera for our young son after returning a similar one from a different known brand because it felt too flimsy and it wasn't straight-forward to use. We were happy to see the better quality in this camera, in the body and the pictures taken. Our son felt right away at easy navigating the menu and the settings, it's easy to get them even without reading the instructions because they are intuitive. We are happy with this purchase, thank you Kodak and Walmart!

    "In a nut shell"
    "In a nut shell" camera does not come with a user manual or s/d card (Kodak has dropped the ball by making this unit way to complicated) it only comes with a quick start guide with minimal instructions! Camera has a multitude of features of which most have no instructions of how to use, to get a manual you have to go on line, & then will find out the manual is 72 pages of hard to understand "Small print" descriptions of multiple steps to use most features, not a camera for the average Once in a while user unless basically all you were to do is just take pictures, Very disappointed in Kodak, Camera went right back to Wal-Mart for refund.

    Camera, not what ???
    If you are going to transfer to a cpu, you are going to have to purchase more items. I should have known that, when I read, "What's in the box". I did not unpack the camera,, instead I returned it, and purchased a Polaroid iEX29 v2, and a micro memory card. Everthing I wanted, and at a cheaper price.
