Neither box contained any instructions or parts list so I could not verify that all the parts were there prior to putting it together. Turns out I am missing the hardware to assemble the ladder. Also, the safety net has one “sleeve” that is supposed to slide over the support arm that is sewn on upside down, essentially making it impossible to install it. I've spent two hours already assembling the rest of the trampoline. Now I'm stuck with trying to decide if I should take the whole thing apart so I can return it or just live without the safety net and ladder. I cannot find a way to contact KARMAS to see about replacement parts.Mary
