Awful looking.
The gel caps are an awful yellowy color. Combined with the stinky smell of them, I decided to order another brand and throw these out.

    Very Disappointed
    I am very disappointed in this product. I have difficulty swallowing pills, and was shocked to find out that this product is a "horse" size pill. It will be impossible for me to swallow. I will try to chew the huge pills but this is rather distasteful way to get this supplement. I wish you would show is somehow the size of the product.

    Tablets vs. Soft Caps
    These were recommended by my cardiologist based on my medical history. I found the tablets hard to swallow so ordered these soft caplets instead, but they are pretty large too. The tablets are scored and can be cut in half, I will alternate between the two.

    Good magnesium supplement
    I have been taking this formula for quite a while now...over a year. Take it for lung and muscle relaxation. The bottle pictured in the listing though isn't what I got. I received a bottle with yellow capsule type instead of the white hard shell ones. Active ingredients are same so I am using it.
