All I have to do is clean it from time to time when it gets dirty. Very helpful on hot days getting more oxygen into the car. You'll notice a slight change in acceleration but not a huge amount it's a engine air filter not a supercharger. I've used K&N products before in the past on other cars it's great for reliability and saving you money in the long run.Calvin

Its nice to know you can have a clean air filter anytime you want one just by cleaning yours. In all the years and through the many vehicles I've never had a K&N filter become damaged. I clean mine 3 to 4 times a year, I know, it's over kill, and I've never had one wear out or get damaged. They are built to last and they do.Frank

I added 2-3 more miles immediately to each gallon. Does not sound like much… but in the long term that is HUGE! That is a “free” gallon of guess every fill up. Incredible.
