Always go shade lighter!
I've used Just for Men's mustache and beard on my short haircut and mustache for 10 yrs now. The concept that lead to Just For Men's development, was for men to color their hair, but not draw attention like a woman's hair coloring. the idea is to provide a natural look. however, some men ruin this by not using it properly. one, if you are over 40, take a true inventory of what your hair color was in your 20s. now, choose a color that is a shade lighter than that and you're good to go. Stop choosing black and your hair color was dark brown in your youth. That's why it doesn't look natural as it should.

Wont dye my gray hairs..
While it does make my beard and mustache look more uniform in color, this product does NOT change the color of my gray hairs. Wont buy again.

    Don't open and close too many times
    After opening and closing the tubes too many times the product diminishes and is not effective

    GREAT for brows!
    I saw a professional makeup artist use this for brows, so I decided to try it. My brows are completely gray (white actually), and one application covered every hair! Nothing has ever done that even with multiple applications. A pea sized amount of each color and developer and apply with a spoolie, mascara wand, or a cotton swab. Used a cotton swab to touch up where I messed up application area. She said you only need to do it every 3 weeks. I've always lost color by the end of the first week before this stuff.

    I have a blonde beard and have had some gray/white spots that have appeared in recent years. So I thought I'd try this out. I got the product for blond beards and followed the directions to a T. It turned my blonde beard a shade that is dark brown (which is noticeably different) and left the gray/white strands alone. The gray and white now stand out even more against the brown beard. I don't understand how a product that's supposed to get rid of grays dyes everything BUT the gray. And everyone that knows me now knows that I dyed my beard because it is such a drastic difference in color.

    Perfect for Dyeing Eyebrows and Eyelashes, No Wand
    This "Just for Men Mustache and Beard Dye" was perfect for dyeing my eyebrows and eyelashes! I'm blonde, so my eyebrows and eyelashes are practically invisible, so this helped darken them. My only complaint was that the box was supposed to come with a brush applicator, but it didn't, so I had to use an old mascara wand.

    Great on light colored hair or all grey!
    It does not work well on Black hair. The grey hairs are red. No one could really tell until I told them.

    Walmart keeps raising the price! on many items!!!
    Walmart keeps marking the price of this product higher and higher!! I started off buying this when it was $7. 97 about 6 or 8 months ago. The price then went to $8.97. And then it jumped to $11.08!

    I use the light brown on my beard but I only leave it on for 4 minutes to get the desired result. The Dark Blonde shade seems to actually give me the (lighter) Sandy Blonde result on my beard. I mormally use it once a week or twice a week if I'm out in the sun. Depending on the amount of gray, it may start to fade after 3-4 days. NO funny smell.
