Bought this for my daughter for Christmas ... I think my 34 yr old husband likes it more haha definitely will be buying another in the near future. Love the lights

Stopped working after two weeks
I bought this for my seven-year-old daughter. She used it for two weeks then it started to malfunction. The battery is charged and is fully green but the other side that says status light is showing red and will not work properly. I read the manual and did as it's said but it still does not work. I bought it at Walmart on clearance. I try to take it back and they said because the serial numbers do not match they will not refund me my money. before you purchase check the serial numbers because if you have issues, they will refuse to return it.

    Works great so far! Was able to connect to the Ride Jetson app and log in, speakers are great, able to change the lights and speed. However, the app does save changes towards the speed or self balancing. But it still configures the changes to the hoverboard.

    My daughter, 9 yrs old got this from Santa. She hasn't gotten off of it. She loves it. In addition, she caught on how to use it quite quickly. There has been no issues thus far. We chose your brand based on the quality and customer care we know we will receive should any problem arise. This model is excellent, the pink is very pretty, as well as lights, speaker sounds good and we love the options to adjust the skill level and speed. I will definitely buy more of your products.

    My kids love them! I got these as Christmas presents for 3 of my kids and dont regret it. Everything from the lights, speakers, and speed is great! My 7yr old doesn't stop riding it. Recommend them.

    I have now purchased 3 Hali X Hoverboards and am pleased with the purchases. I got one for my little son, 1 for me and 1 for my husband. My little son is only 4 and wanted one but we kind of figured it would be difficult. It is a bit hard for him but we got the cart attatchment and it works perfect and he whizzes around everywhere. I'm going to buy another attatchment cart now for me because it's so fun! My husband and I love the boards and music too and are having a blast. Our other son now wants the board and cart so I'm sure it will happen...

    The joy of Christmas is watching a 10 year old open this gift!!
    Perfect!! Packaged perfectly and works as described!! - not sure what else I can to it. My cousin, single dad raising his baby all on his own, always wanted to be able to get her one. Unfortunately, he was never able to. So I asked if I could buy it because he is always there for everyone in our family.. and graciously said yes! She opened the present Christmas Eve, fell over in total shock and started laughing and dancing! She turned on and everything described in the description was right on!! No issues!!

    Hali X loved already!!!
    9 yr old daughter got this yesterday and loving it!!! Was having a hard time at first, legs getting sore and hard time getting it going. Went into settings and increased sensitivity for turning and drive force. Much easier and shes cruising on it already. Love that you can change those settings as well as the speed. 4mph up to 12, so I can keep her slow for now and speed her up later. Took few hours of playing to run it dead last night and shes been on alot today. Also nice that when it dies it doesn't just come to dead stop. At 10% it slows and tells you it needs charged then shuts off, so you won't go flying when it dies. Lights are awesome looking and bluetooth radio is great bonus, haven't set that up yet, but my audiobook started playing on it lol. Is amazing and she says best Christmas present she's ever received!!

    Great ride so far
    We got the hali x for our 8 year old daughter. She has loved taking it out this fall, and has loved its ability to ride off the sidewalk, and the ability to change its colors on the app. I've been impressed with it so far (though we are only a few weeks in).
