Damaged but beautiful
The earrings are beautiful. Much more beautiful than they appear online. 5 stars for the earrings, 0 stars for their shipping. The shipping method is very poor. They were shipped in a plastic bag with no padding and arrived with the posts bent at a 90 degree angle. I was able to straighten them enough to wear but not completely. I am disappointed.

I've been duped!!
These earrings look nothing like the picture, they came poorly packaged and both stem/back pieces were bent almost in a 90 degree angle bc they weren't even put in a box they canme in a plain piece of cardboard and little zip loc baggie. There was no diamond certificate saying it was real diamond and they actually don't even look real!! I am very unhappy and will most likely return these

    SCAM!!!!!!!!
    I trusted Walmart to have at least somewhat reputable companies. This fake company had a set of earrings for Black Friday for my daughter as a Christmas present. I just received the box today not only does it look like the cheapest piece of crap box ever, there's no authentication certificate, and when I emptied the cheap crappy little box, the piece of foam looks like it was supposed to hold a ring, and it's totally empty!!! FAKE COMPANY!

    Pictures of product shows earrings in a nice hard box they showed up in a bag attached to cardboard they where also severely bent on the part that's supposed to go through your ear pretty disappointed as these where a Christmas gift for my wife and I have to go find a jewelry box for them and straighten them before I can wrap them

    Worst experience ever!
    I received the wrong cut and the post on both earrings were bent flat and they are just silver not 18k coated! Still waiting on a email response from JeenMata. I ordered the Princess Cut and got Round and they look extremely cheap. My daughter ordered the Princess cut and they were beautiful. Just want what I ordered.

    Buyer Beware!!!
    I purchased the 2 carat in 18kt white gold, not gold plate. These were shipped to me in sterling silver, not even white gold plate. They don't even give you the dignity of receiving these in a box. Just wrapped up in plastic in a cheap bag. These were never $500.00 earrings, just a cheap bait and switch. This is the 2nd item I purchased from the Black Friday sale that I'm disappointed in. I saw the rose and white gold options that were clearly listed as gold plate and checked numerous times that this was solid white gold. Bait and Switch!!!! I guess from now on I will screen shot anything I buy at Wal-Mart.com to make sure I get what I paid for!

    ABSOLUTE JUNK
    Quickest thing I've ever returned. The packaging was so cheap that it came on a piece of brown cardstock in a plastic bag. This is not reflective of a $400 item. The earring posts were bent to a 45° angle due to poor shipping and lack of quality. Don't fall for the influencers…. This “two carat” slogan is a load.

    My wife's Christmas present came today and her earrings are bent all up and didn't even come in a box. They're $500 and came on a cardboard holder and plastic bag.

    Poor quality and packaging
    Earrings arrived in very good time and could have been very beautiful but they arrived in a zip locked bag that was inside a satin bag and bubble envelope, no box or protection at all so when they were opened to see the earrings the studs/back of both earrings were badly damaged and bent almost completely in half. I had to return the damaged earrings and received a refund because a replacement was not available, which is fine because I would not purchase again or recommend

    Beware!!! They tell you it is 18K white gold, but send you $10 sterling silver!! Do not buy!!!! Even the brand name is different. they probably making $$$ of unsuspecting customers!
