Wonderful. High quality. All fits in an efficient bag so they are not all over the place. Perfect. Like that the bands can be used with and without the handles.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware, just because something is cheaply priced, does not make it a better choice; These bands and the eyes and hooks on them are—FLIMSY. If you plan on using them only a couple of times then toss them in the closet, they are for you. However, if you are a sincere workout enthusiast using them daily and requiring multiple bands at the same time and really putting emphasis on the stretch on the bands, (and their connections), movement after movement, over and over, they WILL NOT HOLD-UP. In the end you will not have saved any money because you'll just have to buy better bands from a more reliable manufacturer that uses better quality materials and with better construction at a slightly higher price if you want them to last many-many months and not just a couple hours, I know…… This gets one star only because there isn't anything less offered..................

    Not bad, but not professional grade
    Not the most robust bands youll see, but you really get a lot for the price. Will see how they hold up. Clip a couple together and you get decent resistance. Good versatility

    I received mine today and was very surprised that the package had already been opened and damaged it was very dirty and the product was half way out of package. It took a month to get it so yea I wasnt happy about the cheap packaging but far as the product inside I checked and everything was there and counted for. Decent for price for beginners as I bought it for my mother.

    Not for beginners if you don't know how to use
    Didn't like that it doesn't come with any instruction on ways to use. With so many sizes I couldn't easily tell which ones were the stronger or weaker to use. If you already know how to use it maybe you would like it better than me. I wouldn't buy it again. The bag is nice to keep it all together. Wish it had a little how to pamphlet for beginners.

    Was disappointed with the product. The bands were all the same length and there were no instructions on how to use them. Would not recommend unless you have prior knowledge of how to use the product.

    I have been working out at home and needed resistance bands. I selected the blue band and never had opportunity to use because the band attachment fell apart in my hand. I was really looking forward to using the bands, so I guess I will have to look elsewhere.
