Happy to find this protein powder!
I was looking for a protein powder that didn’t have artificial sweeteners or stevia which l find have a unpleasant aftertaste. The Jarrow whey protein has a natural sweetener that I wasn’t familiar with, but thankfully it doesn’t have a noticeable aftertaste. I usually mix a scoop of the protein with a tablespoon or two of cream to make a smooth paste, then stir in a cup of my favorite almond milk. Blends well this way and tastes great!

Not the best
I love chocolate but this whey protein did not taste very good. Had to mix it with another kind of protein to make it taste better. I am glad it is almost gone. Numbers on the nutritional label are great, which was the reason I bought it.

    Jarrow chocolate whey protein powder
    I think that Jarrow whey protein is an excellent product. It seems to be helping me to gain much need weight. I would appreciate it having a much stronger chocolate flavor.

    Good quality, great flavor, great price!
    The flavor is nice, not too sweet. It is hard to find quality whey protein powders without a ton of unnecessary additives. Jarrow brand has been a favorite for numerous years. Mixes well, too. Great in a protein shake with water or almond milk, Greek yogurt, a banana and some peanut butter! Swanson prices are hard to beat!

    This is by far one of the best tasting protein powders I have tried. I normally purchase the Vanilla flavor so that I can add fruit, vege's, etc. But I wanted to try the chocolate for a dessert replacement and I absolutely love this flavor too. Jarrow has excellent products, and this is one of them.

    Good and gives you energy
    I don't like to be without this protein drink. I use it take my morning vitamins. No chalky taste, blends well and gives you the energy you need. It has a good chocolate flavor.

    Actually tastes pretty good
    Seems like a good quality protein drink. I've had many over the years. This one also has a nice flavor - not great, but not unpleasant either. Some of the ones I've had in the past have a chemical taste that stays in the mouth for hours. This one doesn't. Also seems to digest well.

    Chocolate flavor is great
    This is a great product and about the best value I've found anywhere for whey protein. The chocolate flavor is great, has a very natural taste, we go through 2 canisters per month. The vanilla or plain is good too. Avoid the berry flavor.
