Horrible experience all around
Item didn't have everything to use. After receiving damaged box was still hopeful it would at least work. However after waiting the time it says it requires before using it. It doesn't cool. It's too heavy for me to load in my car to return to store. An after numerous attempts the 2 locations close to me have been of little help in even speaking to someone about the issue. They just tell you to go online.

    It works great, very cold. It cooled down my whole entire living room less than a hour. I would definitely recommend fourteen thousand b t use it says, but they sent me a fifteen thousand b t u's Slash ten thousand eight hundred b to use it's a double unit portable's come doubled For the price definitely worth it

    The unit was better than nothing!
    This unit was better than nothing! You needed to stand I front to get heat relief. It was noisy. Temp would be set at 66 but with a temperature gauge 1 foot away the temp would never get lower than 78 degrees. The vent was extremely hard to install/connect! The unit had to be elevated in order for drainage water tube to work.

    I purchased two units initially to help with the hot summer. I have a swamp cooler which is only good for about 20 degree change my condo is 1230 sq ft and the two units worked awesome. I live in Albuquerque New Mexico and the temp does get hot. The two unit kept my house at 81 degrees while the temp was 108 outside nevertheless I purchased a third unit and can't wait to set it up. Totally worth the money and the product is quality bigger than I expected but would purchase again in a second.

    It cools !! The air is COLD!
    Set it up and plugged it in. Had the whole thing up and cooling in less than 1 hour. The air is really cold. It sounds like an airplane landing on high setting. I would have to move it or turn it down or off to hear the tv. Some people have posted that the window vent kit is loose and doesn't fit well. I have tall sliding windows and it's decent. There's some gaps but nothing major. Most important... It's not 90 inside my house any more ❤️

    Awesome air conditioner
    Absolutely love the portable air conditioner. Was very easy to set up. Very powerful. Works great. Gets cold love the difference settings. Office room is in the attic area so it get super hot . With in a half hour went from 98 to 74. Makes so much easier to work.

    Works amazing
    I have had this about 2 weeks now and it was very easy to set up. The instructions were very clear. I did have to cut the window part to fit into my window which was easy. It's not loud and it works very well! This kept 3 rooms cool! The remote is very helpful to! Overall great AC!!

    DO NOT BUY
    Only had my unit for a little less than a month when it stopped working. Never had a remote, can't get in touch with the company that makes it to get it fixed, replaced or money back!! They won't answer emails, no phone number and website is nonexistent!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! Go with a brand name ac because then you know you'll have great customer service! NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE HASSLE!!!
