So far so good
I’ve been using the weights for about 1.5 weeks now, only on the lightest color. I’m glad I watched the videos and heard encouragement about not being able to hold even the lightest in. So I’m working on it while sitting down per the video’s advice. I think I’ve already noticed an improvement and want to keep going! It will be easier to find time to do it daily when I can walk around with the weight in. So far so good!

I stop feeling the pelvic pressure that I had lately. I can be on my feet all day and I am fine. The weights are very easy to use. I am starting my second weight after two weeks of using the first one. I wish my doctor had mentioned this before. His only solution for my cystocele was to have surgery. If I can help it, I won't have one. Thank you so much for this system. I am spreading the word about it. If more women could do this, prolapse and surgeries could be avoided.Olga A.

It’s been three weeks and I’m slowly building up strength with the second one. It will probably be a slow process but it’s been 30 years of incontinence. I discontinued the medication I was on and I’ve already surpassed the improvement the drugs were giving me. I was doing Kegels on my own for weeks without much improvement. I’m definitely keeping up with the recommended routine - I just wish I was told about these years ago.Corrie K.

When I bought the Kegel weights and dilators 7 months ago, it was a last ditch hope that I could heal. I was scared and in pain. I have noticed less leaks when sneezing or laughing but it still happens. , so I guess it is working. I am going to be patient and continue with my therapy. Hang in there ladies. Women endure a lot but we are strong and resilient. So strengthen those pelvic floors :-) I recommend this product so farAlicia H.
