I <3 jacuzzis
I felt inclined to write this review on my wifes account. The set up was simple enough and the instructions are easy to understand.
We bought this because it is smaller and figured it would be a easier on electricity. Keep in mind your bill will go up regardless. Its been colder here, 30s at night. Our bill went up $60 this month. But we use it every night at 102 degrees. I recommend turning it down to the 90s when not in use to save power. Goes up 1-2 degrees per hour depending on weather.
The instructions actually say to take a shower before each use. Not only do I find that weird, but I think it ruins the initial relaxing feeling of getting into a hot tub. (I mean unless youre covered in mud) Just stay on top of maintenance to keep the water clean. This is very important because its only 200 gallons.
They say 4 can fit in here, but not 4 adults. More like 2 adults and 2 kids. The bottom of the spa is actually very soft, not too shabby for being on the ground. I set it to 102 and by the time I get out 30 minutes later its around 100. It will lose heat even faster with the bubbles on. I actually dont mind the temp drop.
I call this thing the Ghetto Tub but it doesnt have to feel ghetto. I built a deck for it. I wanted to share that here. I will attach pictures. Just need some 8 and 10 ft 2x6s. deck blocks, deck screws and waterproof sealer. Very easy, minimal cutting and you dont need to be a woodworker to figure it out.
If you plan on running an extension cord, be sure to buy the most heavy duty one you can find.
Anyways, we love this thing so far. Everything seems to be working properly. Time will tell but for now 5 stars for sure

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/22/2023Nice Tub !! Great Price !!Very easy to set up ! I set this up by myself. I did YouTube instructions. It took about 1 1/2 hours to get it set up. Took longer to fill then set up. I'm sure we'll love this purchase. Excited to hop in this thing once it's up to temp ..doley15

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/24/2022no regretsI've trusted intex before and purchased another hot tub from them again. It's perfect for 2 people tbh, but sitting cross legged could fit 4. Bottom is very cushioned when sitting and kneeling to get out. The top (inflated bladder) has already been a trampoline and temp dog bed for my 2 pups while zooming the back yard. I will be breaking that habit immediately! overall ez set-up, qucik heating and usage.donna

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/15/2022Good PurchaseI've bought a Coleman and an Intex and they both have their plus and minus's. I don't like how flimsy the wall is compared to the Coleman. For that reason alone, I'm tempted to return it. I really like the comfort of the floor in the Intex, however. Its like i'm sitting on a rather hard pillow. The Intex does not like to stay at 104. It lingers right at 103. Which I hate. I have a bath tub…I want a hot tub. Not that 1 degree makes a big difference but you lose 1 degree just by taking off the top so it really does. All in all I will keep until this one goes and the. i will try another. Unless I win the lotto - then i'm buying a real one :)Brec22

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/10/2020Love my Intex Hot Tub!I love this hot tub! Fast delivery, easy to set up, and works great. It a long time to heat up, so be patient or start off filling it with warm water. There are alot of jets and they are powerful. I have always wanted a hot tub and I am very pleased with my purchase. I highly reccommend this hot tub.Blonde
