Very durable if properly cared for
I bought my pool over 10 years ago, also bought the saltwater chlorinated, I took the pool down every year and made sure it was clean and dry over the winter months. I enjoyed my pool immensely, my only problem was the cost of the filters, had to buy 16 per year at 12 dollars each. the salt offset the chlorine I would of had to buy, once the pool was in balance it was very easy to maintain. I set the chlorinated to run 5 hours each night, more if the pool was heavily in use.
This year I had to retire my old pool liner and purchase a new one. Had to replace the pump once after 6 years. I was extremely happy with the longevity and durability. Had to replace the ladder last year. If the pool is taken good care of it will last a long time.

I bought the 3 year warranty to be safe since this was a bit more in price. $650 for the installation. great decision on my part. They took all the creases out of pool. pleasant and eager to please. 2 hours and it was done. filling up now. Thanks Walmart for offering this awesome 24' round above ground INTEX pool.Georgina

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/24/2022Above Ground pool consumer seeking assistance.Even though the pool comes with a 2 year warranty through Walmart, I called Walmart to file a damage claim on my above ground sand filter. They inturn contracted In the Swim, who now has advised me to make contact with the actual pool manufacturer, Intex which is based in Long Beach, California to arrange them to come and hopefully replace or fix my sand filter that is leaking around two gaskets and it's causing my back yard to get soggy. So hopefully when I make contact with Intex on Monday, September 26, 2022 that I can get satisfactory assistance to get my filter fixed or replaced asap. I will submit another review after I talk with Intex Corp.Patrick

We put it together fully by the Booklet & had it almost full before realizing there were More Instructions on Inside of Box Flap. Book shows Legs on Inside of Surround Belt & in the little Sleeves. Box, however, says to put them Outside the Belt. Too Late Now! All other Intex Pools we've had were setup for Ploes to be Inside so it seemed Logical. At any Rate, it's Great. Do your Prep Work 100% & Double Check Everything Twice! I found using Small Pavers under Legs keep water from washing out the sand/dirt & making pool Sag. Have Fun & Splash On!Robert S.

The ground must be level . I rent a tiller from home Depot made digging easier. had 2 water tankers which cost me 600.00 to fill it in Virginia. last year i did chlorine it was a lot of work, this year i add a salt pump love it !! if you buy this pool get the salt pump less work and the water is always clear. Now the bad.the Intex company where you would get your replacement parts Get an F for customer services!! My motor stop working this year 2020 I was still under warrant. June 29th they said they would send me a replacement have not received it yet it is now July 17,2020. I also decided that i would buy a motor from Intex ;one with more power order it July 1 2020 they send me an email saying deliver will be July 23rd. that really a month with out the use of my pool.Deb form Virginia
