This is awesome easy to set up the jets are powerful and heats up fast. I bought it just before a hot spell i drained half of the water and put cold water in and just pressed the filter button and it was so nice to come home from work and hop in my cool tub to cool down instead of a pool. But its small so you have to figure out what chemicals to put in they say 1 inch chlorine tab but good luck finding those and do get the anti foam stuff. Its cool good buy amazon charges 1100 i bought mine for 500 here well worth the buy have fun

Wonderful Feeling until it Breaks
the price is great, the set-up you could do blindfolded, the convenience excellent - but they fail within a year - always! because they are so inexpensive I keep buying new ones (in ten years I will have spent less than a "real" hot tub). in every category they are tops - water use, emptying, sturdy & solid, bubbles - but the heater dies (most often problem) or the entire thing shuts down. I've added a pond heater to keep it an extra year - but have the inconvenience of it not be adjustable. and added care. but I keep buying them. In the photo I show a contraption I rigged to replace their pump with my own small pool filter and a pond in line heater..

    High quality, fantastic price!
    I was extremely surprised with the quality of this for the price! I always am hesitant on purchases when the prices seem too good to be true. This hot tub is EXACTLY the same the ones on Amazon that are selling for $700-$1,000. Quality: the material is really durable and thick (obviously still don't drag it on the ground when setting it up. Lift and place it.) The sides are sturdy enough you can sit on them when inflated. The water is deeper than I thought it would be. It mentions depth of around 2 feet but when you sit in it the water easily goes up to your chest. You can fit 3 average size people comfortably. 4 and you are getting friendly with each other. The cheapest thing that they provide is the thermal ground mat. I placed some foam squares underneath (I didn't have enough initially so I used cardboard for the other half until I buy more.) That was enough to provide insulation! The temperature is 32 degrees outside and the heater has been able to maintain the 100 degree temperature. Before I use it I bump it up to about 102 or 104. The heater has a auto shutoff feature. If it is trying to heat for 72 hours straight it will shut off. If I leave it at 100 it has not auto shutoff yet. Setup was easy and fairly quick! One trick you should use is to fill it directly from your hot water in your house. I used the hot water hook up from my washer. Otherwise it will take a whole week to heat. The temperature only heats at about 2 degrees per hour. All in all, this is one of the best purchases I've made. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a hot tub option that won't break the bank!

    Came damaged but still working
    Super easy setup. Had it filled and running within an hour. I noticed right out of the box the unit that heats and filters the water came broken but still working and theres a leak on the top port but it looks like a bad seal from manufacture. Please inspect before assembling.

    Great quality for the price.
    Great quality for the price. The shipping was packaged well. The material feels thick and quality. The pump is different than other models in that the screen does not stand high. It is low and you have to lean over for adjustments. Bubbles are strong. There are plenty of YouTube videos to help with chemical water management. The instructions are not in depth but it is a pretty simple set up. Could use more detail and better water treatment in the actual instructions. Should not have to google it. Which is the deduction in stars from my review. It is comfortable for two adults (one is 6ft4in and other is 5ft11in). Both can full stretch legs out and not bump each other. Four would be a stretch. But you would have to sit legs crossed I'm assuming. Perfect of relaxing at night and feels great. Does not stay 104 while using. Usually drops to 100-102. Took about 24 hours to go from 68 to 104. I don't regret the purchase. Longevity is unknown yet. Only have had three weeks. I purchased mine for $498.

    Definitely a fantastic purchase for our needs
    We absolutely love our hot tub. The only thing that I could say would make it better is if it would get hotter LOL. My husband says it's too hot. I like it scalding ! It was easy to set up everything you need is included. I would recommend buying extra filters right off the bat. It is very sturdy and a very comfortable. Very very comfortable!! ***It does say that it is a four-person hot tub, I guess that's a possibility if people sit cross-legged. I'm definitely not complaining because it's just for my husband and I. There's absolutely no way 4 adults could be in there at the same time with their legs stretched out.

    Love it Set up was simple Very clever well engineered item However box with instructions should be labeled with such ..of course, they were found in last box opened in bottom of box Intex CAN DO A BETTER JOB ON THAT As per review on line we read ... we went to U-Tube for further (wonderful) assistance Bubbles add far more massaging on back neck than we imagined We are hoping that there are no technical problems as others have noted We were frustrated about 1) Who how where when to add use chemicals Ugh delayed use of item SO.... Strongly urge u2 research what chemicals & how before it arrives if u want to use right away Intex is NO HELP in this area They told me 2go2 local spa who wanted me to return it & spend $4K w/them Also be prepared (we were not) it cannot be in direct sunlight for extended amt of time. We have ugly tarps on our deck until we can decide how better to protect. Love using it, hope it lasts Per instructions cannot be left out in weather under 39degrees so unless you use it inside,house & heat it is a 3 season item.

    Loving My Spa!
    This spa is manufactired so well! It is extremely sturdy material. The design of the walls even allows you the stability of sitting on the rim while swinging your legs over into the spa. My only issue has been learning how to treat the water with chemicals to keep the proper balance. I purchased the spa, 2 spa seats and water chemicals for just over $500. I've already recommended it to several friends and family members.
