farmhouse bench......great
i bought 2 of these for my kitchen table.they are made very well....not cheap flimsy stuff...very sturdy.i have 3 boys and a girl 8 and under...we already went through the kitchen sets original chairs so i thought benches would do us better.i just got them so i will let u know how they hold up..but they seem to be made great.i am very pleased with them to start with

Sorry to put down the reviews but it looked way better in the picture than what I received. I actually didn't noticed that it is made for the customer to finished. Ready to finish was confusing. With this review I hope that people who are not willing to customize a light pine colored bench will be better aware. Also, I am not found of the fact that the top doesn't look to be made of only one piece of wood but several pieces.

    Great Heavy Bench!!!

    PERFECT!
    This bench was PERFECT for what I wanted. I painted the bottom white and stained the top gray, and saved my old dining table and a TON of money for the farmhouse table design I wanted! It is very sturdy, the wood was ready to paint and finish - it was so perfect that I plan on buying chairs now from the same company. THANK YOU!
