Defective air fryer
I have purchased this air fryer twice, once in December after it stopped working before 30 days of usage. Then I return the air fryer and exchanged it at Walmart for a different one same color. As of today February 15 this second air fryer start working just the same after only two weeks of usage. I believe this product this particular model is defective and should be removed from store shelves. I will return to Walmart for a full refund and try the ninja air fryer instead.

    Won't Turn on After Four Months of Minimal Use
    My 17-yr old daughter bought this for my birthday in Aug 2021 after I was eyeing it. Used it maybe 20 times. Air fry setting for chicken, broccoli, and potatoes only. As of a month ago, Nov 2021, it no longer works. Plug it in and nothing turns on. Waste of money. Will buy more expensive air fryer now and definitely not InstantPot brand.

    Best air fryer
    I love this air fryer! It's so awesome to have 2 baskets instead of just one. I can cook 2 things at the same time. I love how you can either cook in both baskets at the same temperature for the same time or different temperatures and different times. Makes cooking dinner so much easier knowing everything will be done ate the same time. Half way through the fryer will remind you to shake the food. Couldn't make it any easier. I'm so happy with this

    I love this air fryer, it's small but it gets the job done. I can still have my fried foods without all the grease. I'm still learning how to use it as I done use it very often but I love how crispy the food comes out. Pictures below will show what I made for dinner and how the chicken was used in the end.

    Great air fryer
    This 6 quart air fryer is so great to have. The digital display tells you when preheat is done, then when to put your food in and then to flip your food half way (obviously depending on the food you are cooking). The machine also beeps at each of the intervals of food prep, the beeping is a soft sound so it's not irritating to your ears. The food view window gives a cool glimpse of how your food looks as it is cooking. Overall I really like this air fryer.

    The Vortex Plus by Instant is a 6 in 1 air fryer. It means you can use it to air fry, broil, roast, dehydrate, bake and reheat. It uses what they've called evencrisp technology which gives you that extra crunch that most of us are looking for. It features one touch smart settings. It has a touchscreen display and shows each cooking stage. Its nice that it has the clearcook window to more easily monitor cooking. Its easy to clean its all nonstick and the fryer basket and tray are dishwasher safe. I have other air fryers but this is the best out of all of them. It also has odor erase. It holds 6 quarts which is actually alot but it doesn't take up alot of space. I had no problems with the product and would recommend this product.

    WONT BE PURCHASING AGAIN
    I bought this item and immediately during the test run it shut off. I looked up what to do if this happens thinking it may need time to cool off. I unplugged it for the night and tried to see if it would come on the next morning after trying to get it to come the same night. OH AND ALL THIS HAPPENED IN THE SAME/NEXT DAY OF PURCHASE. I followed the set up instructions verbatim and was highly disappointed in the performance and purchase. I have the pot and wanted the air fryer to match because I'm late on the bandwagon and the pot works well for me!

    Broken upon arrival
    it arrived and it was for a Birthday, the box was in rough shape but figured it was probably fine since it had foam around it. wrapped the stupid thing and Receiver of the gift was super excited, we went to set it up in the kitchen and when it was being taken out of the box the broken off pieces fell out. it has Styrofoam at the top and bottom, not the middle so the brunt force to the middle broke the hands off and ruined it. I took it to Foley Al walmart and exchanged for the 4 qt ninja.Buy that one its alot nicer.
