Not for me
I love Bulletproof products! Have been using them for years but probiotics do not work for me. This is the third

I've had excellent results. During the shelter-in-place ordered is when my diet drastically became less than healthy. I started taking this prebiotic and have stayed regular and had happy gut even though I've eaten entire pizza's, lots of cheese, some sweet treats, wine... things I normally don't eat. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend it to a friend. I did start gradually as suggested. I usually take this with bulletproof chocolate collagen, sometimes I add a little coffee to it too.Rezan A.
