Awesome cooler, fantastic customer service!
I needed a small soft cooler to take on my kayak camp trips. Like the size and it works great. The company's customer service is FANTASTIC!!! 5 stars on that alone!!

Too small
When it arrives, the size is misleading. You have to inflate the cooler to keep drinks cold and this greatly diminishes it's capacity. It is well made and the color is nice. I only wish when I was debating whether to get the small or the mini that I had gone with the small.

Took it to a couple of my kids swim events, and the lack of zipper, and the ability to compress it down when empty, and not in use allowed so much additional space in the car. Still in fine shape, but do worry that stitching seems weak as does plastic buckle on the roll top closure. If/when that fails, it's essentially useless. Otherwise, would probably give 5 stars at this point. Customer service and return/exchange process was top notch when there was a delay in shipping with original order (they expired a new order and gave me a credit) and then when I decided I wanted to exchange for a larger size.Craig D.

My first Ice Mule was the large, which holds a ton of drinks for whatever adventure you happen to be on. The medium is perfect for packing in a suitcase for use at your destination. I always take it to the beach...easy adjustable backpack carrier leaving your hands free, and the mule skin repels the sand. I get 12-15 cans + ice in it, and it holds the ice ALL day! We were able to fold it down pretty small to fit in our suitcase. We would put some ice in it every morning and it would keep everything cold until we refilled it the next. We didn't have any big issues with condensation, there was only one morning where I dried the outside of it off but it wasn't too bad. The 9L is pretty small. We were able to fit 2 sandwiches, a medium thing of mayo, and a small container of fruit in it at once and had to have a pretty minimal amount of ice to fit it all. It is also kind of weird having to reach so far down in it to get stuff out. I'd say it is good for traveling and we will definitely use it again.Caitlin R.

We immediately went back and ordered another one. Then thought about it and ordered a 2nd one! Hopefully we don't lose these two. So convenient and easy to carry to the beach with the shoulder strap. Also, we love them because they fit nicely in our Yamaha Waverunners. You can get a hard cooler that size in those!!Bruce B.

I use this cooler anytime I'm in a hurry and only need to bring enough for me. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it did tip over and leak in my car, but I'm going to attribute that to user error and not folding the top over enough.Tanim
