Seriously strong
My shed has hangars and hooks for just about everything, except the weed eater on the floor. Its really kinda difficult to figure a good housing strategy for a weed eater so like most, mine ended up on the floor. I saw this and figured I'd give it a try. Man, its a nice hangar. It comes with a small section of rail which will mount nicely between studs in my shed. If I were redoing my garage I would likely opt for the longer rails and more do-dads to hang off the rail to organize other tools, but so far this is a one off. I really like the rail system because I can hang the hook up and ig i put something near it and wish I had just hung the trimmer a few inches left or right, no biggie. The little red button in the middle of the hook is a little break that allows you to attach the hook, move it around and when you let go of the button it grips the rail and keeps the hook from sliding around. the hook itself is a nice solid steel hook with a plastic coating to keep it from marring your trimmer. Very nice product, better than expected.

Works for my weed eater
This hanger included mounting hardware (long screws and anchors) and, to my surprise, an approximately 22-inch-long mounting track. There are no included instructions and the included screws are not the greatest quality, but should suffice for mounting. The product is made in China. I originally thought that this was just going to be the hanger and you had to get the track separately. This hanger is part of the Hyper Tough series of mounts and hangers, similar to other box store brands. I use these types of hangers a lot in my garage, but this is the first that I have seen that was specifically made for a large weed eater. I have my trimmer hanging using a series of 3 hooks, but this hanger is way more convenient in that regard. The biggest advantage is being able to hang it so that you don't have to worry about the fuel and oil spilling out. With my hangers and the trimmer being mounted horizontally, I have to be careful how I hang it up on the wall. The hanger appears to be made of a sturdy steel with a protective coating to prevent scratches. It indicates that it can hold 25 pounds which should be fine for most weed eaters. Mounting of the track is easy, but you do have to drill the holes through the track. I would have preferred some predrilled holes, spaced for the studs. The mounting track is made of a hard plastic that seems sturdy enough, although I would have preferred a metal track. The biggest thing with mounting is making sure it is level and making sure you either drill into the studs or use the included wall anchors. I personally prefer using the studs as opposed to the anchors. The track is wide enough that this should not be an issue. The hanger slides on pretty easily and has a red button lock that keeps it in place. To remove, just push up and slide off. It locks in place and is very sturdy once it is. It holds my Toro gas trimmer that uses attachments with no issues. Overall, the hanger is pretty good quality and works for the purpose of hanging my weed eater. 4 stars

    Great Gas Trimmer Hanger
    I've often wanted to find a way to hang my gas grass trimmer (Echo brand to be specific) in a way that would be easy to remove and put away very easily. I don't like my tools laying around and so this is a great solution to this issue. One would think that plastic is not very durable, however I've been using this solution for 8 months now and it's hanging solidly. I haven't had the trimmer fall off or the board detach. I've removed/put back the gas trimmer many times over this span of time. I do like that the mounting hardware can move over sideways even if your board us screwed into the wall - which makes this solution flexible for future moves. The trimmer hanger has a protective coat as to protect your trimmer from additional scratches. It's very easy to mount and overall this is one of those garage additions that I'm super happy about.

    Solid Hanger
    I plan to use this to hang my gas trimmer. This hanger is very solidly put together. The actual hanger looked to have foam, but turned out to be a much stronger material. It's easily adjustable and can fit a couple more items.

    Quality hanger
    This seems to be a universal weed eater hook hanger. I see it working on several different models mine is a Milwaukee cordless and it fits it very well. Doors it out of the way nicely and anchors to the wall securely. The rack that the hook slides on seems to have room for more hooks for other tools. Pretty good construction. Very happy with it so far. Seems to save space. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a solution to save space in their garage.

    A great device to hang a string trimmer!
    The Hyper Tough Quick Release Grass Trimmer Hanger with Snap Rail is the perfect product for hanging my heavy gas powered string trimmer. This Hyper Tough string trimmer storage hanger is easy to install on a wall. It comes with all the necessary hardware for installation. This includes wall anchors. The only difficult part of installation was drilling four pilot holes into the snap rail. This has to be done in order to hang this on the wall. Once the hanger snap rail is installed the bracket is easy to snap into place. My string trimmer is quite heavy, and this storage device has no problem holding it on the wall. This is a fantastic product that makes storing a grass trimmer a breeze. I highly recommend this product.

    Excellent for space saving
    This hangar is something most people dont know that they need. Most of the time i usually just leave the trimmer leaned up on its side on the floor in my garage. This helps me keep it nice and away from my workspace and prevents it from falling over whenever grazed against it.
