I got this bike for my wifey and she loves it. She loves the color, the design, the wide and well-padded seat, and the simplicity of having a 1x7 system.
Our family rides mostly on smooth roads, such as around the neighborhood and on Class 1 bike trails. For that purpose, the bike has been holding up very well and it can easily climb up most slopes. Because there is no suspension built-in, except for the springs underneath the seat, the ride can get a bit bumpy if you stray from paved roads. But she doesn't do that very often so it's not a real issue.
As for the build quality and assembly, it was as expected, meaning I had to get it up on a bike repair stand and make some quick adjustments to the brake pad positions, and fine-tune the limit screws and shifter cable tension for the rear derailleur.
The bike is quite heavy at ~35.5 lbs. but still manageable.
Despite some work I had to put into it to make it brake and shift smoothly, I still rate this bike 5 stars. It's pretty, comes with a comfortable seat, and it's great for cruising.

I was pleased that it was assembled and delivered at my door within 24 hours, and I did test ride the bike and was pleased with the ride. However, for it to be brand new and be rusty Is unacceptable. I originally ordered this online because all of the bikes in the Walmart near me were rusted in the store as well.Megan

I had purchased my first one and the shift gear could not be tuned because of the design. Then I bought this one and picked up this bike in package but unfortunately found the bike frame was seriously scratched when I almost finished the assembly. The scratches appear right at the Letter “U” on both sides, so I guess the scratch happened when the logo was attached. I decided to return it, though it took me quite a while for the DIY assembly.SY

I wasnt picky on the bike I chose since bikes are slim picking these days ever since the pandemic. I was looking for either a beach cruiser with gears or a comfort bike with 27.5 wheels. They had a single speed cruiser and this huffy. I wanted gears so I picked this mint green huffy. I immediately took it to my local bike shop and they did a basic tune up and adjustments. And I have been enjoying riding my bike every single day! This is the 4th bike I've purchased at Walmart through the years and I always took my bikes to a local bike shop to ensure its assembled properly and can be ridden safely. I highly recommend this bike and I also recommend that if you purchase any Walmart bike, please take it to a bike shop before riding it so a pro bike technician can set it up correctly.Bobbysgirls

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/16/2021Well here we are not 6mths after my original purchase… I was initially overly happy with my purchase however the bike has since broken the whole chain/gear shift fell all the way off the back and not able to fix it. Nothing like having to push it back home thankfully I was just in my neighborhood. Not able to get a new one because they are out of stock everywhere. Looks like we will be making a trip to the bicycle hospital in the near future. One day I'll have a bike I can actually enjoy!Sara
