This is so much fun
My kids and I love the Hover-1 Eclipse hover board. It came already charged and it was easy to synch it to my phone to listen to music. I basically opened the box turned it on and saw it had a full charge and was able to ride it. I was nervous at first getting on and off but if you don't think about it and just do it it is fine. It is easy steer with the slightest movement and glides smoothly. My 12, 11 and 10 year old kids love this. We take turns riding it so I plan to get them each one for Christmas so we can ride around the neighborhood together instead of us all sharing. We have charged it twice so far and the charger has a light on it indicating that it is charging.

The hover board is awesome my daughter had one last year and it finally went out on her but she wrote it almost every day so we decided to get her another one and she just got it today and give it two stars just because we open the box and piece of the plastic has broken off like somebody threw it around from shipping!! Might need to pack it better :(

    This is the second hoverboard we have had in our home, and it is much more advanced and technologically sound than the earlier models. It connects to Bluetooth & comes in a nice array of colors. We only took it out to test the unit to ensure it works, and it does. This is going to be a fine present for my 9-year old daughter for the holidays.

    Sku 88255234865. Eclipse model has gorgeous carbon fiber look. Can play sounds via bluetooth iOs or Andoid free download. Does not have built in mic. Two monotone speakers, 1 for app link & the other for warning sounds. Goes up to 7 miles at 7 mph top speed. Charger is 42volts 1.5amps. 110 to 240v international power supply. The lithium ion battery pack is shielded against heat & leakage and fire. Rated for over 15 year olds weigjing up to 220 pounds. The led driving light bar illuminates road nicely in white or an infinite color palate via app. The lcob style led bar does not run very hot. It can change and flicker to yhe music beats. Very fancy!

    Kids love this ride!
    It takes a little bit to get used to balancing on this electric scooter's moveable base. Once you get it down, it's a much cooler way to travel than by walking. The kids love the lights and the bluetooth feature so they can listen to their music through the hoverboard's speaker! Lots of fun and even adults can ride! Personally I really enjoyed the gray weaved pattern of the board. I thought it made it look super sleek.

    This Hover Board is SO COOL
    This hover board makes a great addition to fun for our family! Right out of the box the first thing we noticed is that it is heavier than you might think it would be. This is good because you want it to be very stable under you when you are surfing the pavement. The first thing you will want to do is download the HOVER-1 app on your phone. It's easy to identify and install because it has the Hover logo on it that matches the board. From the app you can change the colors on the running board of the hover, and set your expertise level (beginner, intermediate, expert) and one of the coolest things, set up the Bluetooth speaker that comes built it to play whatever music you like straight from your phone to the board! The speaker is great. Good sound quality for sure. After that you can start practicing to use your board. I believe the weight limit is 220lbs. My husband weighs a little more than this and is 6'4 but he hopped on it and it held him! he was able to stay on for minutes at a time. I also tried it. It's kind of tricky at first to get your balance but having someone stand in front of you and hold your hands at first to get the hang of it helps. After that I just kept wanting to jump back on. I really want to take it to the skate park so I have some good, level surface to skate on. It also helps if your skating surface is free from debris. My husband and I are both in our 30's so this isnt just something for teenagers. I do have a 12 year old but she was too scared to try it! There is definitely a learning curve but I can see getting really good at this once I have some practice. I think this would make a great gift as well. Would recommend.

    Coolest hoverboard
    This is my first experience with a hoverboard. It is really cool especially the LED lights and the Bluetooth speakers. An app can be downloaded onto the phone and you can use that to change the lights on the hoverboard. Also, the app shows you how fast you are going. The Bluetooth speakers work really well and the sound quality good, though I am no expert in that area. Definitely a little difficult to use initially but in no time you get the hang of using it. It does really well on flat surfaces but if you hit a small bump it can set you off balance and you can easily fall. I can't give an opinion on the battery life because we haven't used it that much. Definitely recommend this. Very fun!

    Love the 3 skill level options
    Not like I will ever get to the 7.4 mph level but it is nice to know the hoverboard has multiple skill levels, as a not so young novice this is a must! I'm only at level one but feel pretty good about it. The 7 mile battery distance is plenty for our neighborhood. I really wanted to keep this hoverboard on hand for our grandchildren to use when visiting but I've found I like it too. It charges quickly (full in 4 hours) and it has very simple instructions included. The manual is detailed and easy to follow. Hooking up the bluetooth to play my Android phone music was easier than pairing to my car. The LED lights are fun and visible from a long ways away. The 220 lb limit is good as my grandkids are growing quickly. The foot pads are much better than older more expensive brands, they actually have grip. The 8" wheels are good for kids and adults, I think I prefer it to the 10" I've tried in the past. We have only played with this hoverboard for a week and look forward to discovering more about it as we use it. Charging, riding, lights and music were a snap to use. I may be buying more for Christmas gifts, as prices have decreased and quality has greatly increased in last few years.

    Super fun!
    No assembly with this hover board. It comes all ready to go. Charger is included so you just charge it up and then it's ready for fun. WEAR KNEED PADS, ELBOW PADS, AND A HELMET! I will say that I am not allowed onto the hover board. And after reading instructions on how to maneuver this, I'll have to agree. I've seen videos of older, and younger, people trying a hover board. I don't feel like breaking any bones today. The hover board is heavier than I thought it would be. It can hold someone up to 250 lbs. So, it is nice and strong. It also has lights and bluetooth to stream music. Just getting both feet and being set on the hover board is a trick in itself. It does have nice rubber where the feet go. Having other people to help hold the rider is essential when first learning how to ride this. Once up, just small movements with your body is what makes the hover board move forward, turn, or go backwards. Keeping the speed down is another trick once you can stand on it and hold your balance. That's why it's so important that the rider wears protection. At least until they get the hang of this 100%. Everyone in this house is loving it. I've laughed so hard I was crying. It's fun. It's entertaining, and it really teaches balance.
