GREAT cordless vacuum
I bought this a week ago and just returned it after it took 2 of us to separate the wand from the power head! The same problem with the 2nd one now...wish it were easier to separate otherwise, this is the BEST vacuum I have ever owned(Kirbys, Bissels, Dirt Devil, other Hoovers, canisters, etc....have owned them all in 50 years!)

Not what I wanted!
I can't believe I spent so much money on something that doesn't pick up anything bigger than a wayward bit of uncooked oatmeal. Yes, it's lightweight and the other features are attractive, but the arthritis in my hands makes it nearly impossible to dis/assemble when needed. The ⚠️ light is ALWAYS on snd the battery doesn't last any tine at all. Complete waste of money.

    Horrible vacuum, poor design.
    Worst vacuum I have ever had. First off the dam exclamation point is always on. I took this thing apart cleaned everything, still exclamation warning. It doesn't make pick up anything that is the size of a raisin. In fact just before writing this it rolled over a raisin 5 times, never picked it up and just pushed it to the side. I want to throw this thing out the window but I just bought it a month ago. Also, the floor sense is a joke. It adjust so badly that it's fine when I push forward but coming back the vacuum bounces up and down like the brush is too far down to the ground. Honestly, I feel ripped off by this purchase.

    Terrible
    I have had this for about 19 months. I researched cordless bagless vacuums for awhile, and saw this as a recommendation on HGTV. At first, I loved it. Within a couple of months, the warning light would be on ALL the time. I cleaned it meticulously, but it still stayed on. It seemed to work still, so I ignored it. Then a few months ago, it started making a HORRIBLE sound when using it. It is absolutely ear piercing, and I have to wear ear protection when using it. I took the entire thing apart and cleaned every book and cranny, but it didn't help. A couple of weeks ago, the rubber stopper on the dirt cup fell off when I was emptying it and I didn't notice, so that's gone now (it fell off every time I emptied the dirt cup, but I always saw it and put it back on. Poor design). It doesn't suck anything up at all anymore - I watch it push things around. Completely useless, and a horrible waste of money. I just tried calling Hoover customer care - after 12 minutes and not getting a live person, I finally hung up. Save your money and sanity - DO NOT BUY THIS!

    Waste of Money
    This product does not allow cleaning for very long before a flashing warning light and loud screeching sound comes from the product. The suction power is very low and hair is always getting caught in bottom brushes and in middle filter. The filter requires cleaning every single time you use the vacuum and even multiple times in one use. I have a very small apartment and did not expect to have this many problems cleaning such as small space.

    "Beats" the competition
    Although I bought this for someone as a Christmas gift, I used it first-hand. I can compare it to a Dyson cordless which I own. The replaceable battery is a big plus for me, the next gift I buy will be a spare battery, although I have heard no complaints about it running out. I just like a backup personally. The only small complaint is the filter and the sensitivity of getting it just right when putting things together after clearing the debris. Not an issue for all but an inexperienced user may get it wrong - one time. Suction and versatility are all comparable, ease of emptying the debris is better. Head-light is a plus for some, not needed by most. We all love it and it was a well received gift.

    It's great for what it is...
    This will not replace your corded vacuum however it works very well and is awesome for quick cleanups. This would be perfect for an RV or camping to clean up a tent or trailer. I can vacuum my whole house, 1800 sqft and not run out of battery. The floor sense does not detect my hard floors from carpet well at all. However, Hoover was smart enough to allow you to select modes to override the auto sensing of floor surfaces. The brush works very well and the suction is enough for normal to light cleaning. The filters are easily accessed an washable which is great. Not much dirt capacity so plan on cleaning the filters often.

    Easy to handle.
    Fantastic product. I was going to keep my other vacuum to use once a week or so, but after using this just once, I knew I will not need any other vacuum! No cord! Always ready to go, no attachments to mess with to go from carpet to floor. Love it, love it, love it. Going to tell all my friends and family.

    Great cordless
    Purchased over a Month ago replacing a cordless Dyson that lasted three years. This Hoover react cordless model has surpassed the cleaning power of the Dyson stick model. The floor sensing model is great! Since I go from tile to carpet. I didn't purchase this with vacuuming carpet in mind. Well now I use it for carpets and haven't used my Pro Team vacuum since. I recommend you will be very satisfied.

    Heavy vaccum with small dust dispenser
    It is too heavy to use after a 15 mins of continuous usage. The battery life is only there up to 20 mins which is very bad for the cost. Very small dust dispenser and very uncomfortable to remove small dust. Stops sucking properly after the first 10 mins of usage. Very bad and highly disappointed with Hoover product. Was very exited for its arrival but it's a waste.I was ok with the cost because it is a comfortable cordless vaccum but it is not. Waste of time and money spent on this.
