A Great Machine. I Love it. Homeowner.
Unlike other brand names, Hoover One Power Battery is External and removable and if it needs to be replaced, it can be replaced with a new one without replacing the whole unit. A great feature to have. The One Power Battery can be used with other Hoover products like Leaf Blower, Floor Vacuum, Floor Washer, Hand held Vacuum etc. Hoover is the only Company manufacturing cordless Carpet Vacuum with a Bag and when the bag gets Full, simply throw the bag away and put in a New Bag. This is very hygenic unlike other Cordless, Bagless Vacuums, when empying them out one inhales all the dust and is very inhygenic. Ofcourse its Light Weight and comes with two batteries. A Very well Designed Machine indeed.

No battery Life
Before I purchased this vacuum, I called Hoover to ask about the battery life and the return procedure if I didn't like this vacuum. I was told the battery life was 1 hour per battery, so the included two would give 2 hours of vacuuming time. I was also told if I did not like the vacuum, I could called Hoover back and they would send me a return label for free. I would not have to pay for return shipping. So the batteries have no run time. They give out after 15 -18 minutes. When I called Hoover to see what I was doing wrong Marshall told me the batteries were only supposed to run 15 - 18 minutes each. It takes 4 hours to recharge each battery. So I said that will not work for my house and please send me the return label so I could return the vacuum. Marshal said Hoover doesn't pay for returns. I told him I had called the Hoover customer service department to ask about returns as I had not purchased from Hoover on-line before and I was told all I had to do was call to get a free return label. Marshall said that is not Hoover's policy. I asked to speak with his supervisor. After putting me on hold and never letting me speak to a supervisor, Marshall came back on the line and said Hoover would allow a one time free return. He said I should have the return label in one hour. It took until the following day to get the label. I do not recommend this vacuum is you have more than 20 minutes of vacuuming to do. With throw rugs and 3 bedrooms, that is not enough time to vacuum a house. Also, customer service does not know what the return policy is and told me the wrong information which I despise. People need to know their company's policy.

    ONEPWR Cordless Upright Vacuum Cleaner
    The cordless aspect of this vacuum cleaner makes using it a breeze, and therefore results in more frequent cleaning! I prefer having an upright with a bag, than a messy bagless vacuum that has the messy see-through cup. Easy to read battery meter is great too !

    I feel like it should have lasted longer.
    I've had this vacuum for about 7 months. It vacuums well. I like the handle to carry it. Not having a cord is nice. I don't like that it has to be in a certain position to turn on. The battery life isn't bad. Right now It will turn on but it doesn't work. I wish that the warranty still covered it. I will probably try a different vacuum if I can't get this one to work.

    The vacuum cleaner works good. The batteries don't last very long. The suction is not very strong. Overall I rate it average! If you are thinking about buying this, I would recommend this vacuum for small jobs only.

    Lightweight, cordless with powerful cleaning ability and bag so you don't have to touch the gunk or get dust everywhere (like the ones without the bag). I LOVE THIS HOOVER. Thanks for designing a great product. Plus it's affordable (looking at you, Dy$on).

    Worth the money for in between big cleanings
    So far I love this vacuum. It's perfect for what I needed it for. I wanted one for in between big cleanings. I prefer a bagged vacuum. The length of the battery isn't long but it comes with two and don't take long to recharge. it's light weight which i like to and easy to maneuver. Highly recommend for small clean ups.

    FINALLY an affordable cordless full-size BAGGED upright!
    TLDR: Highly recommend, affordable and a quality, easy-to-use vacuum. Lightweight, quiet, powerful, & looks great! I was super excited to finally see not only a full-size cordless upright, but a bagged one at that! I am familiar with this type of vacuum cleaner (Orecks), but LOVE the cordless component of this model. I have tile floors with several area rugs and this works phenomenally on them. I do have one very deep pile rug that it does not work on, however, that was to be expected. On several other medium pile rugs that I have, you can actually hear this pulling out a ton of hidden grit (the most satisfying feeling). Bags are very large and will probably last 6 months to a year in my apartment with my long-haired cat. The second battery is very handy as I am able to always have one charging and one on the vacuum ready to go. I've had several different cordless vacuums in the past and nothing stacks up to a FULL-SIZE upright! When I get this out for a quick clean or spill it's so easy to just do a run through of my entire apartment because it's so easy. I'm hoping consumers realize how much more hygienic bagged vacuums are (especially with the HEPA cloth disposable bags) and how easily they're changed out compared to emptying a bagless vacuum. Would love to see more on the market like this, I've already recommended this to all of my friends!

    Best Vacuum Ever!!
    Finally someone created a full size vacuum with a removeable battery pack. This thing is awesome! The next bit of genius was to return to a vacuum bag system. I've had enough of cleaning out plastic vacuum debris containers. On top of that you release half the dust back into the air when dumping them. This vacuum has a HEPA bag system that contains the dirt and dust you spent all that time vacuuming up! When its full you just throw it away and put in a new one.
