Great Design
I bought the Dust Chaser a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with it. I like the build quality and the sleek design. I have other Hoover products and was confident with the brand. The replacement battery technology was a plus. I am considering other ONEPWR products.

Waste of money
Only lasts for about 20 minutes each time without having to recharge the battery during the first week (which is fine); during the second week it wouldn't last longer than 30 seconds. Glad I got warranty, and I'm trying to return but they said I need the original box which I threw out 2 weeks ago. *sigh*

    Love Hoover products
    I have several OnePower vacuums. I like this one but wish the extension was a little bit longer. It can't reach several areas I was hoping to vacuum.

    Best dust buster!
    This dust buster is sleek, holds its power charge and has amazing suction. I now have two different Hoover One Power models in two different homes. They are amazing.

    Works great
    I would offer some design ideas. The on switch could be higher on the handle. When you grab the vac more often than not I hit the on switch. Also a larger tip on the bottom of the handle would make it easier to grip. It does a fantastic job of vacuuming.

    Stopped working immediately
    This is the worst vacuum I have ever owned. It stopped working less than five minutes after charging the battery completely and powering it up. I have been trying to reach Hoover for days and getting through to their customer service is near impossible. I will never order from this company again.

    A little heavier than I thought
    The handle to hold is a little short in comparison for the length of the unit. The plastic housing is slippery while holding you basically need two hands to really get a good grip. Do not recommend for the elderly nor users with hand/wrist/finger challenges nor arthritis. Just my personal opinion. I am 5'2" n 63 years old and it was a challenge using it. My hands and wrist got tired fast. Maybe I need to hit the gym!

    Powerful
    This is a replacement for a worn-out ONEPWR handheld vacuum. It's very powerful, but the debris container is quite small. I have to empty it several times when using it.

    good power for its size
    Its a decent unit. Frankly the battery is big and must be removed to charge. I also own a similar shark unit and the battery is not removable, is lighter and charges in a cradle. The hoover would be a better unit w/o the big battery.
